Along with plenty of beautiful trees for shade, the site includes its own private sitting area with a fire pit and hammocks, a picnic table (photos coming soon), and a storage shed with beach supplies for guest use. There is plenty of room to pull in and park an RV of just about any size. Conveniently located 1.3 miles from a shopping plaza with a Publix, Bealls Outlet, and several restaurants. It’s about 2 minutes from the bridge to the beach and roughly an hour from Orlando attractions. This is a new site/listing, so I will be adding more details as needed. If you have any questions, please ask! Disclaimer: There are train tracks and an airport nearby. While we've grown to love the sound of the train and watching planes fly overhead (including the occasional military jet), we understand it may not be for everyone. There is very little “traffic” during nighttime and early morning hours, but if you are sensitive to noise or require complete silence to sleep, this may not be the optimal site for you.

The property is geared more toward adults as many of our plants are poisonous, sharp or have dangerous spines, especially if wandering off the main paths and walkways. Safety is a priority; because of this, we ask that you do not touch our plants and stay on the main paths and walkways when enjoying the property. The RV parking site has a 50 amp (30 amp adapter) RV power hook-up. There is also a 15-amp outlet (120V) at the site you can use as well. There is potable/city water hook-up, but no blackwater sewer services or blackwater dumping on the property. Your site has a dedicated shaded sitting area surrounded by bamboo and palm trees for your personal use secluded in the front yard. We're in a safe, residential neighborhood in a wonderful, unincorporated, beachside community, less than a mile to Walmart, Aldi, Walgreens, countless restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and the Indian River Lagoon. Our ocean access boardwalk does not offer public restrooms, parking or lifeguards, but there are several parks nearby that do. It’s about 2 minutes from the bridge to the beach and roughly an hour from Orlando attractions. This is a new site/listing, so I will be adding more details as needed. If you have any questions, please ask! Disclaimer: There are train tracks and an airport nearby. While we've grown to love the sound of the train and watching planes fly overhead (including the occasional military jet), we understand it may not be for everyone. Along with plenty of beautiful trees for shade, the site includes its own private sitting area with a fire pit and hammocks, a picnic table (photos coming soon), and a storage shed with beach supplies for guest use. There is plenty of room to pull in and park an RV of just about any size. Conveniently located 1.3 miles from a shopping plaza with a Publix, Bealls Outlet, and several restaurants. It’s about 2 minutes from the bridge to the beach and roughly an hour from Orlando attractions. This is a new site/listing, so I will be adding more details as needed. If you have any questions, please ask! Disclaimer: There are train tracks and an airport nearby. While we've grown to love the sound of the train and watching planes fly overhead (including the occasional military jet), we understand it may not be for everyone. There is very little “traffic” during nighttime and early morning hours, but if you are sensitive to noise or require complete silence to sleep, this may not be the optimal site for you.

We are 420 friendly and don't mind well behaved pets as long as you assume all responsibility, are careful with them and clean up after yourselves. Quiet time 10pm-8am. The property is geared more toward adults as many of our plants are poisonous, sharp or have dangerous spines, especially if wandering off the main paths and walkways. Safety is a priority; because of this, we ask that you do not touch our plants and stay on the main paths and walkways when enjoying the property. The RV parking site has a 50 amp (30 amp adapter) RV power hook-up. There is also a 15-amp outlet (120V) at the site you can use as well. My time at Lakefront Downtown Orlando was phenomenal! The hosts Julian and Jason were extremely friendly, and the space they provide is excellent. The house was perfectly clean, and had a nice kitchen to prepare some meals and chat a bit, a chilling living room to rest, a complete mosquito-proof swimming pool... And the designated camping/RV area was quite wide, plus the lake view (or even activities!) looked great. Besides all that, and very important for me, the place is within walking distance to Camping World Stadium (where the festival I was attending was held): a very cheap ride, or a ~30 min walk. You also have a Walmart across the road, very convenient. But above all, the ambient there was in the house with other RVs' and rooms' guests was super chill and friendly --in part I'm sure because of the great vibe of our festival, but also due to what Julian, Jason, and the house transmitted!

Had an amazing and relaxing weekend. The campsite itself was very private, and the proximity to the “private-ish” beach was the best part. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was the perfect private getaway. The only downside was that the mini fridge at our site wasn’t working, so we had to rely on our cooler. Aside from that small issue, it was a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back for the peace and quiet.

Great quiet location yet close to market, gas & food. Jeremy was there to meet us and assist in backing in. Only thing you need to be concerned with is if you want to park under awning structure confirm your height with Jeremy. We camped in a 28’ Airstream with 2 dogs.

The skoolie was the absolute best after camping for a few days in the August Florida heat. Melinda left out some snacks, and there was a full kitchen in which we cooked dinner. The bed and the pull out were both super comfy, and nothing beat the shower!! As far as skoolies go, this is one of the best I’ve seen! Melinda was also great, even letting us do some laundry in her guest house. Everything felt very safe and cozy, would definitely stay again!
