Centrally located near Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Daytona, Cocoa/New Smyrna Beach, Canaveral National Seashore, natural wildlife centers, museums, Indian River Lagoon, rocket launches...the list goes on! Located at the end of a long, (shared) driveway of a 1.25 acre property. Property managers on site. Watch the rocket launches on site right outside the front door! Come check out this UNIQUE STAY! Long term rentals AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.The 42ft Skoolie is located at the end of a long driveway of a beautiful, 1.25 acre, residential property. It is a shared rental property with property managers on site. However, the Skoolie has a private entrance of its own. There is a small backyard area with an archery range. (Ability to use archery range is possible upon request) The front yard + driveway is also available for guests to use. We kindly ask you just don't block any cars.
