We enjoyed camping at Dave and Linda’s place. The neighborhood was beautiful. We took walks and bike rides in the neighborhood. People were friendly. Dave and Linda gave us ideas for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Their hospitality was inviting and genuine. We were fortunate to have them accommodate and spend time with us.

Jolene was very responsive to all inquiries, and very friendly and helpful. The full hookups worked perfectly. It was too chilly to use the pool or kayaks, but they looked great. The Wednesday farmers market at Lakes Park nearby was really nice.

What a great spot! I really enjoy Hipcamping vs larger campgrounds. This host and land is one reason why.
The property is welcoming and not far off the highway. (A bit of highway hum in the distance, but not a deal breaker.) The showers are outside and cold water. They are really meant for rinsing off after a sauna, and yes, there really is a sauna and cold plunge. The restroom is enclosed with ample space and is very clean.
I pitched a small tent on grass next to the gravel site with no issue. And my small dog was welcome to roam off leash.
Brittany was quick to respond to messages and was very welcoming although she was not present during my stay.
I’m definitely returning when back in the area❣️

Serenity Star did not disappoint and host Britney couldn’t have been more welcoming. Our stay of 6 nights was just what we needed. We were weary travelers escaping the cold weather up north and Serenity Star was our safe haven. I highly recommend booking into this place. I will not hesitate to return in the future. Linda (and husband Dan) are super friendly and offered useful tips for things to do in the Fort Myers area. The specific location is perfect, far enough from a busy road to limit traffic noise yet easy to get to anywhere in the region. It’s a nice neighborhood, safe for walking or relaxing outdoors. The electric, water & sewer hookups looked very professional and worked perfectly. Next time we’re in the area we would undoubtedly stay here again.

Nice Quiet spot to kick back and relax. close to everything yet seems solitary.
Jolene was great.
Expect an uphill electric pump waste line to sewer, no problem, but waste will need a little extra attention.
Although we stayed there during a mostly cold spell, we were very comfortable, on the warmer days hanging around pool was great.

Great spot! Our dog was allowed off leash in Jolene's fully fenced, beautiful backyard with a saltwater pool and she allows guests to use the pool. Direct access to waterways and free use of kayaks or canoe. We spent some time with Jolene by the pool and she is a delightful host. Highly recommend!

My daughters and I stayed at Brittany's spot for the three day weekend and loved it. The space was clean and Brittany was such an incredible hostess! The amenities are great. The bathroom was immaculate, the water was clean thanks to the ro filters, the property is well kept. There was even a barrel sauna, could plunge and washer and dryer, but didn't end up using any of them. We also got to feed the chickens, the cows and donkeys were off somewhere else but the chickens came running! I'd highly recommend this spot and if I plan to be in the Fy Myers area again I wouldn't hesitate to book this one again!

I had an amazing stay at this lovely campsite! The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The lot was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe, which gave me great peace of mind during my visit.
One of my favorite parts of the stay was the beautiful bamboo tree on the property—it added such a peaceful and scenic touch to the surroundings. My two dogs absolutely loved the freedom of exploring the area and enjoyed all the nice walks we were able to take.
Overall, I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thanks again for providing such a great experience—I look forward to returning!
