Welcome to Smokey Acres!
This property has been in my family for decades. My Husband and I were married under the oaks and have had our share of campfires out there.
Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch.
Located a few miles from Brooksville and the Suncoast Parkway, this quiet and peaceful setting is just 5 minutes from the parking area and trailhead for the Suncoast Trail and 10 miles from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs, where you can spend the day at the local park or float down the river with the manatees.
Withlacoochee State Park and other natural preserves with trail access and kayaking are only a short distance away, and Dames Cave, Homosassa Springs, and Chasawiska Springs are all within a ~20-minute drive as well. Spending a day at the beach is easy with plenty of options along the Nature Coast. We’re also less than an hour from Tampa and Clearwater and two hours from Orlando.
A perfect weekend get-away for anyone looking to “unplug,” Smokey Acres is also a great stop for those passing through the area. We are a close distance to many racing, livestock, boating and fishing events. We have no problem accommodating whatever you’re towing!
Whether you'd like a leisurely day on the river or an adventure in the Gulf, there are plenty of boating options nearby. Be sure to make it back to the property in time to enjoy amazing sunsets that bring peace and tranquility to your experience.

This is a parking area for two seperatly rented RVs or campers. Each space is approximately 15ft x 40ft, a 33ft plus pull behinds will need expert driver to back in. The electrical hookup is 50 amp. If you have 30 amp, you will need to bring your own adapter. The area is under two large Oak trees giving plenty of shade. Electric and Water hook up is available. NO DUMP STATION! Extra parking for one vehicle only. If you have a trailer, a pull car and a second car the space is very tight, but can work. Basically this is a large parking area for the main home. The main home has a separate drive and garage parking so renters there will not be using your RV space. Golf cart friendly area, Walking distance to waterfront restaurants, tour guides and public boat ramp. Check out my favorite site, Monkey Island!
This RV camping space does NOT have access to the water, please do NOT walk through the yards of the property. Stay in our area and use the sidewalks and roads.
Pets are welcome, please walk them inbthe front road side, between the front fence and the road area. Please pick up after your pets and tie the bags before putting them in the garbage. Garbage can provided, located on the side if the old white house. Again be respectful of renters in the house.

This location is close to the head springs and Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park where you can discover the wild side of Florida with endangered Florida panther, red wolf, manatee and whooping crane, plus black bear, bobcat and, of course, alligator.
The site is located 150 ft from the dock on our private residential property at the head of the springs, the dock is not visible from the site you do have to walk down to the dock area. This listing is for the SITE ONLY. Setup your own RV under the shade then enjoy our shared dock with direct access into the Homosassa springs for a refreshing dip or paddle. We provide full hookups (water, sewer, 50amp electric) for your RV as well as WIFI service and access to the docks for your boat or swimming. We have kayaks and paddleboards INCLUDED with our site or bring your own to paddle the springs and take a chance at seeing a manatee up close and personal or catching some fish. 5645 Bay Boulevard is 2 blocks off US 19 in Port Richey Florida. The property is 1 mile east of the Gulf Of Mexico. There are 5 restaurants on the water that are a short ride bicycle, golf cart or 1 wheel ride away. One is a Hooters. Within 2 blocks is a Dunkin Donuts, Culvers and Hardees. Walmart is accessible without driving on 19. If you need fuel there is a WaWa and Walmart station. The Veteran's Expressway is a short drive east which makes a drive to the Tampa Fairgrounds less than 1 hour. We have a 50 amp covered full hook up spot, a 50 amp with water spot and 6 plus boondocking spots. We have a place to dump and refill the water tank. We aren't fancy, just very convenient.

The cabin is located on private property with owners and security on site, yet plenty of privacy.
Your cabin is fully supplied with bedding, towels, refrigerator, coffee pot, cups and silverware, AC in the summer months, and an electric fireplace in the wintertime.
On site is our own Bistro Barn fully furnished with a refrigerator, gas grill, charcoal grill, silverware and all the pots and pans you may be looking for. It's a great little hang out area with bluetooth speaker setup.
Outside you will find a firepit as well as a charcoal grill, a table for eating, a hammock, and a swing chair.
The outside shower house is on the primitive side and made for the adventure type. It is equipped with a portable toilet and shower under the stars. It is hooked up with instant hot water.
During the day, paddle your way to the beautiful Three Sisters Springs for a swim. You may see some manatee or dolphins on your way there.
Hunter Springs is a great little park with a beach area for swimming and kayak rentals too.
There are also several Diving with the Manatee tours available. One we suggest in town is Fun2Dive. These are all only a short drive away.
You can enjoy swimming, fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, kayaking, pontooning just five minutes away, or just relaxing back at camp fireside.
Heritage Village is in town filled with many hometown eateries and shoppes. It's a great way to spend the afternoon and explore downtown Crystal River.
We have a variety of great one-of-a-kind eateries with many special events and festivals throughout the year.
Conveniently located at the end of the street is a Publix, DG, a Mexican restaurant, and Beef O'Brady's.
We also have brochures on all kinds of other great places you'll want to experience while staying in beautiful Crystal River!

Welcome to Smokey Acres!
This property has been in my family for decades. My Husband and I were married under the oaks and have had our share of campfires out there.
Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch.
Located a few miles from Brooksville and the Suncoast Parkway, this quiet and peaceful setting is just 5 minutes from the parking area and trailhead for the Suncoast Trail and 10 miles from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs, where you can spend the day at the local park or float down the river with the manatees.
Withlacoochee State Park and other natural preserves with trail access and kayaking are only a short distance away, and Dames Cave, Homosassa Springs, and Chasawiska Springs are all within a ~20-minute drive as well. Spending a day at the beach is easy with plenty of options along the Nature Coast. We’re also less than an hour from Tampa and Clearwater and two hours from Orlando.
A perfect weekend get-away for anyone looking to “unplug,” Smokey Acres is also a great stop for those passing through the area. We are a close distance to many racing, livestock, boating and fishing events. We have no problem accommodating whatever you’re towing!
Whether you'd like a leisurely day on the river or an adventure in the Gulf, there are plenty of boating options nearby. Be sure to make it back to the property in time to enjoy amazing sunsets that bring peace and tranquility to your experience.
Our neighbors, JG Ranch, offers U- Pick Fruit and Vegetables or a great selection of local harvest at their roadside stand.

Welcome to our piece of river heaven! With lots of space for tents and/or a small RV right along Mason Creek, you'll enjoy a secluded environment yet remain close to fun activities and plenty or restaurants and necessities. This is a parking area for two seperatly rented RVs or campers. Each space is approximately 15ft x 40ft, a 33ft plus pull behinds will need expert driver to back in. The electrical hookup is 50 amp. If you have 30 amp, you will need to bring your own adapter. The area is under two large Oak trees giving plenty of shade. Electric and Water hook up is available. NO DUMP STATION! Extra parking for one vehicle only. If you have a trailer, a pull car and a second car the space is very tight, but can work. Basically this is a large parking area for the main home. The main home has a separate drive and garage parking so renters there will not be using your RV space. Golf cart friendly area, Walking distance to waterfront restaurants, tour guides and public boat ramp. Check out my favorite site, Monkey Island!
This RV camping space does NOT have access to the water, please do NOT walk through the yards of the property. Stay in our area and use the sidewalks and roads.
Pets are welcome, please walk them inbthe front road side, between the front fence and the road area. Please pick up after your pets and tie the bags before putting them in the garbage. Garbage can provided, located on the side if the old white house. Again be respectful of renters in the house.

This location is close to the head springs and Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park where you can discover the wild side of Florida with endangered Florida panther, red wolf, manatee and whooping crane, plus black bear, bobcat and, of course, alligator.
The site is located 150 ft from the dock on our private residential property at the head of the springs, the dock is not visible from the site you do have to walk down to the dock area. This listing is for the SITE ONLY. Setup your own RV under the shade then enjoy our shared dock with direct access into the Homosassa springs for a refreshing dip or paddle. 5645 Bay Boulevard is 2 blocks off US 19 in Port Richey Florida. The property is 1 mile east of the Gulf Of Mexico. There are 5 restaurants on the water that are a short ride bicycle, golf cart or 1 wheel ride away. One is a Hooters. Within 2 blocks is a Dunkin Donuts, Culvers and Hardees. Walmart is accessible without driving on 19. If you need fuel there is a WaWa and Walmart station. The Veteran's Expressway is a short drive east which makes a drive to the Tampa Fairgrounds less than 1 hour. We have a 50 amp covered full hook up spot, a 50 amp with water spot and 6 plus boondocking spots. We have a place to dump and refill the water tank. We aren't fancy, just very convenient.

Welcome to the Scramble On Inn! An "Old Florida" vibe in Florida's Manatee Capitol of Crystal River. The property is private, yet just minutes from stores, restaurants and the water.
The cabin is located on private property with owners and security on site, yet plenty of privacy.
Your cabin is fully supplied with bedding, towels, refrigerator, coffee pot, cups and silverware, AC in the summer months, and an electric fireplace in the wintertime.
On site is our own Bistro Barn fully furnished with a refrigerator, gas grill, charcoal grill, silverware and all the pots and pans you may be looking for. It's a great little hang out area with bluetooth speaker setup.
Outside you will find a firepit as well as a charcoal grill, a table for eating, a hammock, and a swing chair.
The outside shower house is on the primitive side and made for the adventure type. It is equipped with a portable toilet and shower under the stars. It is hooked up with instant hot water.
During the day, paddle your way to the beautiful Three Sisters Springs for a swim. You may see some manatee or dolphins on your way there.
Hunter Springs is a great little park with a beach area for swimming and kayak rentals too.
There are also several Diving with the Manatee tours available. One we suggest in town is Fun2Dive. These are all only a short drive away.
You can enjoy swimming, fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, kayaking, pontooning just five minutes away, or just relaxing back at camp fireside.
Heritage Village is in town filled with many hometown eateries and shoppes. It's a great way to spend the afternoon and explore downtown Crystal River.
We have a variety of great one-of-a-kind eateries with many special events and festivals throughout the year.
Conveniently located at the end of the street is a Publix, DG, a Mexican restaurant, and Beef O'Brady's.
We also have brochures on all kinds of other great places you'll want to experience while staying in beautiful Crystal River!
Oh, and don't forget to stop by Grandma's gift shop before you leave.

We had such a great time! The set up is so nice and romantic! Bed was so comfy and warm, especially after camping for several days. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Very cute dog 😉 would highly recommend! Great location also. We went to Crystal river and it took 40 mins and I believe weeki wachee is even closer

Very nice setup. Close to the springs, restaurants and shopping if needed. Dock area is very nice. Comfy chairs and a table. The water is crystal clear so you can see all of the varieties of fish. Didn’t see any manatees at this spot as the weather is warming up. Kayaks and paddle boards are available and in good shape. The site itself is large with a nice table setup, solo fireplace and hookups. Site is level which is nice. Only met Alonda once as we pulled in but we had no issues so there was no need to bother her. The resident dog Jazzie, was friendly with my dog and she was very sweet. Excellent experience overall.

Loved camping at Smokey Acres! The entry road was pretty bumpy, but once in it was fine. We had a full hookup site, so we didn’t need any amenities. It was spacious, quiet and convenient for visiting friends in Brooksville. Would stay again.

We had such a wonderful time at Kate’s campsite. Highlights: easy to find. Shore power was easy to hook up too. Fire wood available for a small fee. It felt private. The springs were absolutely amazing. We saw manatees ❤️. Please note they do not have a bathroom. We were camping in a small van, and used a portable toilet set up. The space was private enough that we felt comfortable using it outside the van and without a tent. I really hope we get to return to Kate’s space.

The, area was very quiet. We really enjoyed it. Felt very much like the Florida that you don’t see when you’re a tourist. Large trees, hanging moss lots of foliage. The lot was level, had everything for hookups. Remember to bring your 50 to 30 amp reducer. The water was clear, we used the kayak and went for a beautiful day on the water.
