Good for biking, XC skiing, antiquing. We do ask that you make use our fans and wood stove (instead of baseboard heat and the aircon) as much as possible. We want you to be comfortable so use what you need, just do your best to help us conserve resources. In general we seek thoughtful and self-reliant types who - like us - try to be good stewards of the earth. We are LGBTQ-friendly, BLM-positive, dog-friendly, 420-friendly and just generally friendly and kind.

It was then used as a thoroughbred stud farm and now by us as a working equestrian facility.Learn more about this land:2000 square-foot two bedroom one bath clean contemporary loft space on working Hunter Jumper equestrian facility. We are located in bucolic Dutchess County which is 90 miles due north of New York City. There are numerous activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Biking, hiking, fishing, skeet, trap, pheasant and duck, hunting are all available in the area. The farm itself is located on one of the most scenic dirt roads in the area. We are very close to a number of prep schools like the Millbrook school, the Hotchkiss school, and the Kent school. Closest major airport is Albany, NY. JFK, La Guardia and Newark airports are 2 hrs. from the farm. We would also be open to guests setting up tents for special occasions but as we are a working horse farm availability may be limited.
