The site was great. It had a woodstove and freshwater jug and a potty. It was a perfect placement right off the Empire State Trail.

It's very secluded, calm on the trail. Lots of shadow nearby, in the woods. Magical silent night!
You won't find someplace more convenient to the Empire State Trail! Pamela was easy to reach when we had a question at 8:00 am and it was much appreciated.

Description matched the layout. A little more signage once inside the gate would be handy, and if you want to make this spot epic. Add a level platform or level ground so tents aren't slanted. Great little quick access spot off the trail!
Beautiful night camping right off the Empire Trail! Pamela was so responsive and her property was a gorgeous respite after a long day of biking. Very easily accessible. Highly recommend!

This is a great spot for a bike tour! Right off the trail but very secluded and scenic. The hosts left us firewood and brought water right to the site.

After a long day of cycling, it was such a joy to roll right off the Empire State Trail and into the meadow for a good night’s rest! Getting in was a breeze, and the pop-up bathroom and water jug were very welcome amenities. If you’re looking for a good site on this section of the EST, you’ve found it!
Grateful for this campground whose entrance is right next on the Empire State Trail. Pulled up here after dark and had no problem getting in or finding my site after a long day of biking. Pamela was extremely communicative. The site had a 5 gallon jug of clean water and a makeshift bucket toilet - very civilized!! There is cell service (for Verizon anyway). Note that this is a mowed meadow with no accessible trees, so if you’re tarp or hammock camping and need trees to set up, this is not a great option. Luckily the night was clear for me so I just slept under the stars. At $60, a little steep for camping, but idk how much traffic Pamela & fam get here so if that’s what it costs for upkeep, happy to pay it.

Wow. Gorgeous. The meadow was bursting with color and smelled amazing, and it felt like you had your own spot carved - You arent deep in nature, away from everything, but it still felt peaceful and intimate, much more than public campsites. Also appreciated that a little toilet was set up with amenities and they had a source of water. Super super easy access from the bike trail too. I would come back any season.

Maybrook Farm - The Ridge
The site had an amazing view and great outdoor cooking/eating area. I also appreciated the homemade lavender soap. Unfortunately, the inside of the tent was covered with dead moths and dust and there was a mouse and baby mouse living inside of it when I arrived. I ended up sleeping outside in a tent brought from home. It was also very difficult to see the sign /where to turn to get to the site from the street.
