My goodness! The property, the hospitality, everything was so wonderful. Having private trail access was so cool, and all of the farm animals were icing on the cake. Highly recommend staying. It’s a literal slice of heaven in the city. Thank you so much!

They have everything! A peaceful setting in a space shared with two other trailers (vintage, that they rent to glampers) nice outdoor green spaces to enjoy with picnic tables, hammocks and outdoor cooking area. Then they also have indoor space: two flush toilets, shower, dinning table and chairs, microwave and large screen TV. Two nice silly dogs in residence and two very nice, thoughtful, kind and welcoming hosts in Greg and Olivia. We stayed twice this summer and will surely be back when we return to the area. Only negatives: no sewer hookup for our camper (not a huge deal with flush toilet and sinks mere steps away in the flex room described above) Also the space was a challenge for me to pull out of due to tight turns around some fencing. Since I was nervous about taking out these lovely host’s fence with our 21 ft. Travel trailer, Greg very kindly backed out for us to save me the stress. While the location is excellent and the property lovely and well cared for, it is sometimes a little loud as it is across the street from Niwot high school football and sports fields. Some mornings and Friday nights the practices and games were quite easily heard from their tranquil backyard space. But that was a small trade off for a place that was very peaceful most of the rest of the time.

The Yetman Flower Farm was easy to find, convenient to access Denver and a sweet, quiet place to get a great night's sleep. I met Doug, the owner, the horses and cats. Everyone was welcoming. There are beautiful gardens, one with a glass green house in which a small group was learning watercolor painting together. The whole stay was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Doug and family for sharing your farm.

John's place is a perfect little spot. Quiet and peaceful next to a pond. We all camped over a weekend then my husband stayed a few more days while he finished a job in the area. The trailer was perfectly safe if he had to leave during the day. It was the perfect spot for peace and quiet after his work day.

Wonderful stay, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful spot hidden within the city.
We stayed there to attend a show at Red Rocks. Picked this spot to be close to RR and it worked perfectly. 15 minutes to be in the park.
Doug is a fantastic communicator and took great care of us. Plus the property is beautiful.

Great spot and great host! John was very welcoming and great with communications. We had a wonderful time as we all got to explore the farm. Highlight was being right across the wooden bridge to the apple orchard! Would definitely camp here again.

Olivia and Greg were amazing hosts. Very responsive and helpful while checking in. They have a quiet oasis just outside of Boulder. Clean bathroom adjacent to a flex space with sink and fresh water. I was able to use power to recharge the van’s power system. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Happy adventuring!!!

It is very picturesque for being in town. with the flowers and a few horses and chickens wondering around. The only issue is the campsite is not a pull through. I am not very good at backing up with the camper and the way to the camp is a bit long and narrow so if this is an issue for you

Top-notch flower farm, and also: there was camping.
The scenic space, and the hosts Doug and Amy, the horses, goats, chickens, cats and flowers were awesome. Easy drive from Red Rocks, convenient to downtown Denver, great walking/running path right off the property, and we loved swimming at Bear Creek Lake Park just a quick drive away. This is a working and active farm with both farm animals and family pets that meandered into the camp area a few times. Occasionally the working farm activities and/or outside visitors blocked the only drive in/out and our access to the drinking water and the porta-pot, and one dog definitely would have preferred that we not be at her farm and she let us know several times. Not for those who may be claustrophobic, or afraid of dogs.
tldr; not a ton of privacy from animals and humans, but really beautiful property in a great location and I would absolutely camp here again for a Red Rocks show.

We loved our stay at Rocking Martini Farm! It was easy to get to, and the camp spot was private and quiet. We enjoyed walking in the orchard, relaxing with a cool beverage under our awning, and watching the resident chickens. We left with a dozen fresh eggs and farm honey too. We are self-contained for boondocking, but if you need water there is a hookup available, and also a minimal 15 amp electrical hookup. Definitely recommend!

This camping experience was very pleasant and almost like staying in a hotel! Olivia and Greg will go out of their way to accommodate you. Their backyard space has a very nice privacy divide with large plants and trees. Amazing amenities included an ice machine, clean bathroom and shower, and a kitchenette space to eat at a full sized table. I opted to stay in a tent during my stay, but the campers are in such great shape that I am very interested in visiting again to stay in one. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet during the evening, some of the best camping sleep I’ve ever had. This property and your stay will bring you a sense of peace every time that you arrive at it.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming family flower farm! 🌸⛺️ The setting was peaceful and picturesque—waking up surrounded by blooming flowers, families of geese and nature was incredible. The friendly horses and playful goats made the experience even more special. The barn cats (Cleo and Nala) stole the show.
The fire pit was perfect for relaxing under the stars, and we took full advantage of the nearby local trails for hiking and exploring.
Our hosts, Doug and Amy, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—warm, generous, and full of great local tips. This spot is a hidden gem and we’ve already recommended to our friends.. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful escape! 🌿🐴🔥

This was a perfect overnight get away for us. We just wanted a a chance to test out our new travel trailer and the Rocking Martini Farm was a great choice. If you are traveling through on I-25 and need a place to stop between Denver and Ft. Collins, the farm is a short drive away and very peaceful. John has about 500 apple trees, chickens, bees, veggies, and more. The property is attractive and the site easy to get into. John invites you to wander the orchard and simple relax. Water and 120V/15A is available, but we didn’t need it. Site is grassy with a great view to the west of the mountains. John met us, guided us to the site and then went about the work of a busy farm and let us relax. Bird songs, cow sounds, water running in irrigation ditches and very little traffic or road noise. It was relaxing and easy to kickback. We really thank John for making this space available through Hipcamp. We look forward to visiting again.

Close to the city but far enough to have the full country charm, peace, quiet, and great hosts! We really enjoyed just sitting and relaxing watching the goats, horses, and interacting with the farm cats. We have a class B van so we did not camp in a tent, but the tent site was very nice and set back on the property for additional privacy.

John’s spot was fantastic! Secluded location on the corner of the property with a personal bridge over the creek to access the apple grove. John was polite upon our arrival as he guided us to the spot! After that he allowed our family to enjoy the spot!
The spot is a little narrow to get to in one section, however, it is very doable. Our truck and trailer combine to an overall length of 50’ and we had no issues getting in or out.
We will definitely be going back to this great spot!
