This forested and open meadow property is located on a seasonal creek 2 miles from the quaint mountain town of Nederland, Colorado.

A short drive to both Boulder & Denver and situated in the picturesque Front Range, Nederland has convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking & camping, including many points of access to the Continental Divide.

The property is within walking distance of Boulder County Open Space and Indian Peaks Wilderness trails for endless biking and hiking adventures.

Sites are private and secluded. There is a 20-foot tipi, a quaint treehouse, and a tent site camp that can be rented separately or together for larger groups. Toilet, picnic table, and potable water all available onsite.

We have endless hiking, biking, and mountain fun activities onsite and nearby!
Space for camper vans as well! We look forward to hosting you soon.

Serenity uniquely situated in the middle of hundreds of acres of County Open Space farmland, our micro-tiny house is seated at the edge of our heart-shaped pond in the back corner of our five acre farm.  Unobstructed views of the Front Range and Longs Peak, songs of prairie birds and the occasional Blue Heron or Osprey fishing for dinner in the pond, endlessly brilliant sunsets, and the glimmer of a night sky full of stars await you in this peaceful retreat.

Marian’s Fishing Hut

 

Enjoy a stay in “Marian’s Fishing Hut” located just outside the town of Bailey, Colorado in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Just steps away from our tiny home in the making you can access miles of hiking trails in the Colorado National Forest! Currently the fishing hut has potable water, electricity, TV, DVD player, remote controlled ceiling fan, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, basic kitchen essentials, and a futon with bedding to get a good nights sleep. *More Amenities To Come* For heating and cooling there is a light/fan in the center of the hut and we provide a space heater for when the nights get cold. Just a few steps outside of the hut is a beautiful (one of a kind) outhouse with lights, power outlets, and a heat lamp if need be. A little ways down from the hut you will find a table with antique wagon wheels and seating for enjoying a meal or just taking in the views .

The property is .57 acres in an L shape. It has many trees consisting of spruce, ponderosa, and aspens. The plot sits right at 9000 feet above sea level. There are great Mountain View’s and lots of Quiet. There is unlimited national forest access just a 2 min walk from the property, 3 private fishing ponds, and a very large and versatile shooting range nearby.
