Rustic A-Frame Glamping Hut — nestled in the Rocky Mountains. Tucked among the pines with mountain views all around, this simple A-frame hut is glamping with the essentials. Canvas flap doors with Velcro opening to let the mountain air in, or close up for a quiet, private night's sleep. Inside, you'll find a raised wood platform with a comfortable full size bamboo mattress — just add your own sheets, sleeping bag, and pillows to make it yours. Step outside onto the small wood deck, a perfect spot to lace up your boots or take in the morning view. A shared common area nearby is great for grilling and hanging out, and a shared bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) covers the basics. This is a great fit for campers who want the shelter and comfort of a hut without losing that authentic, low-frills camping feel — bring your own bedding and settle in for a peaceful night sleep.

Host was super welcoming and nice. Flush toilet and sink with water! (Shower too, but we didn't use it) Beautiful view. Great location to hiking.

My First Tipi Experience

This was my first experience in a tipi and it was really fantastic! The property is really lovely and we saw rainbows both evenings we were there. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The tipi was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the interior space was inviting and cozy. The bathroom experience was wonderful. Such a lovely experience all around and I hope I get a chance to stay here again in the future!

A Hidden Gem in the RMNP Area

This is a hidden gem of the Allenspark / RMNP area - and you should stay here. Tucked on a private ranch just 5 minutes from Allenspark and 10 minutes from the Wild Basin area of Rocky Mountain National Park, our stay here could not have been more perfect. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, willing to work with us to make changes and, throughout the trip, answered questions and concerns. The property itself is utterly perfect, situated in a lower part of the ranch and providing privacy and seclusion for your stay. There are showers, flushing toilets, and running, hot water, along with a propane fire pit and grill. There are seating areas, shaded tents, and plenty of space for multiple groups of people. The huts are perfect for 1-2 people - storage space and a comfortable mattress allow for an elevated experience and increased rest compared to staying on the ground. The communal Teepee area was wonderful as well - beautifully laid out, and the Teepee brings a well-rounded feel to the site. This was an amazing property, and I'd highly recommend anyone stay here, especially for the price and amenities offered. (The dogs are a bonus too!)
