The accommodations were over the top, and we had the greatest time! Annette and Patrick are super friendly and they have thought of everything! All cookware, utensils, seasonings, sink, water, propane heater, fire pit, and grill, chairs, extra blankets, dog bed and bowls, queen size air mattress, and bedding are there for you. It got down to 33° at night and we were very comfortable in the tent with the propane heater they provide. We did bring additional sleeping bags to add to the air mattress and sheets they provided and it even got a little too warm for us which was great. Also, solar power for charging electronics and they provide lighting in the tent. The view is amazing and it’s so quiet which is what I wanted. No road noises, just nature. The spot is large and you have complete privacy.
You really need an off-road vehicle to get up to the site, and be sure to air-down a bit. The road to the Campground is pretty bumpy and then you have a steep incline to their property. I have a Jeep Wrangler and it’s a fun ride up if you prepare for it.
Overall this was a great time and I have every intention of returning! Thanks Annette and Patrick!

Our hosts ensured a comfortable, safe and relaxing stay. Would be happy to stay here again as it is a quick trip from the city. Strongly recommend a 4WD vehicle for the drive in, but at Patrick’s instruction we were able to make it up no problem.

We enjoyed our stay here: the view was great, all the necessities were taken care of, and Patrick & Annette made it easy to coordinate the meetup at check-in. We were there during an intense thunderstorm and had no trouble with leaks or dampness despite heavy rainfall and wind. It was a lovely way to enjoy the mountains without having to spend a lot of time planning and preparing what to bring along. Would definitely come back for another stay!

"Wow!!! The word I used when we arrived and when we left. Annette and Patrick thought of everything. Patrick was nice enough to go through everything they have. When you wake up, there’s a propane grill to make breakfast. They have utensils, plates, seasonings—everything you need to prepare food. Lunch/Dinner: there’s a propane grill to make your food. There’s a picnic table to sit at. At night, fire up the propane fire pit to stay warm. There’s an outhouse for doing the business. Oh yeah, the stars are amazing!! Spacious tent with plenty of room. Highly recommend taking a break from the city and making the trip. You’ll feel recharged when you leave.

The site was so clean and absolutely breathtaking. The stars at night are endless. Annette and Patrick definitely thought of everything one could need while camping. They even ran by to drop off extra flashlights for my kids to use. By far my fave spot that we will be going back to soon. I cant recommend this place enough!

The hosts are lovely; very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The site is peaceful and quiet, and accommodations are cute and comfortable. I really appreciate the attention and care put into the site, and all the little features that made our trip run smoothly (extra blankets, availability of cooking supplies, dog bed, a heater, etc.). We will definitely be visiting again!

We loved our stay at Glamping with the Aspens. The land is beautiful and pristine. Super quiet - no road noise, no light pollution- billions of viewable stars at night. The camp was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended!

Patrick and Annette were amazing hosts. They communicated really well throughout everything from directions, to showing us everything when we got there, and checked in on us after the strong cold front and snow came in.
The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect balance between comfort and camping. We brought some of our own bedding and camp gear, but they thought of everything, so we would’ve been okay with just using everything they provided.
The tent was very roomy and the large bed was comfortable. Actually slept better than at home. There was a small dining table and chairs, a couple of side tables and they provided tons of extra bedding. Even though you’re in the middle of the woods, the tent and everything inside was shockingly clean.
Location was perfect. Felt really private, but you can get to the store or run to Bailey pretty quickly. No noise at the campsite at all. Great views as well.
We will definitely be heading back!! Thanks Patrick and Annette!!

Where do I start!? Annette & Patrick are amazing! The tent glamping site is done so perfectly, down to the cutest details with night lamps and really cute table coverings. It’s definitely what my soul needed for a break from humans and WIFI. :) Annette & Patrick went above and beyond with their host duties. I wasn’t comfortable going up the last bit of road to the tent because it’s steep. I do have a 4 runner which is completely capable, I’m just not comfortable in my driving ability. They helped get me and my pup up and then back down. They truly love their little piece of heaven and I’m glad they’re sharing it!!! Thank you for a fabulous night away!

This was an unforgettable stay. Annette was so kind and accommodating. All of the things you would need for an off-the-grid stay are there and if you have to go grab a few things from the nearest store, you can’t beat the scenic drive. What a treasure. 10/10.

Patrick and Annette were wonderful hosts! They met us at the end of the property and took us up a rocky road to the site. You’ll definitely want a good 4WD car or truck to get there. But everything you needed was in the tent, it was cozy and relaxing. They also gave us fresh chicken eggs! I’d highly recommend staying here and would do it again!

This site is Incredible. Anything you could imagine is included from proposed, pots, pans, a grill, etc: Hospitality was exceptional, communication was prompt and directions were concise. The road is definitely tough to reach the site, but I made it in my Subaru. 10/10 will visit again.

Small walks on the property led to endless amounts of beautiful Mountain View’s in all directions, lush aspen groves & wildlife watching. Sleeping in the green house was cozy & tranquil. We fell asleep to peaceful raindrops and woke to a beautiful clear sunrise! The greenhouse was packed with everything we needed to cook our food (stove/cups/plate/silverware/spatula/water).
This spot was a perfect getaway to unwind! We kept entertained by the simple beauty of nature the whole time while having the luxury of warm shelter & cozy cots!

Amazing! Annette and her family has the lost serene getaway that is within two hours drive of all that is in the breckenridge/bailey area. Starting the day by watching the sunrise through the greenhouse and the beautiful stars at night are breathtaking. Annette was incredible and we look forward to coming back soon. There is an incredibly hike to an alpine lake that is accessible from the property and Annette has as many local recommendations as you can ask for. Certainly make plans to grocery shop, it’s most fun to hike in the morning and spend the evenings enjoying the greenhouse and surrounding property. My boyfriend and I cannot wait to come back and reset in the heart of nature and conversing more with Annette, her conversation and hospitality took the trip over the top.

This was such a unique and great find! Loved being surrounded by plants in the green house and being able to use them to cook.
Annette was great and super responsive in advising what vehicle may make it up.
I drove up with a Forester and made it with patience.
