This property was once a Gold mining encampment in the turn of the last century, just out of view nestled in a pine forest, Learn more about this land: It’s like a national park setting in the trees, you should be very aware that wildlife wanders through here 24/7, near several national forests and gold medal fishing as well as beautiful hot springs within 40-45 minutes

Nestled in a lodgepole forest, like a national park, with a picnic table and vintage outhouse ,Next to a former corral , this property is at 10,500 ft and very close to all the 14 ers in the area, (a great base camp)camper dumping available in Fairplay, hot springs are an easy 45 min. Drive, Gold medal fishing as well

tipi tranquility is very spacious and will Keep you high and dry with a nice picnic table and privacy from the street, this amenity features propane fire pit and queen size bed with 2 vintage fold out cots, a propane bbq, and WiFi access, an outside shower is in the works for the future , till then showers are available at the Fairplay rec center for about 5 dollars or the hot springs are an excellent option within an hour’s drive to Cottonwood or Mt Princeton, fishing is close by at the middle fork of the south platte river or in Fairplay at “the beach” several excellent restaurants in both Alma and Fairplay as well as the local VFW,hiking, skiing and 14ers are all around us

It was okay
Very very basic site. Our host didn’t expect us so wasn’t there. The terrain wasn’t very attractive. It was nice and quiet though. So in the end I think it was a lot of money for staying over here!
