RV Sites are NOT booked through hipcamp, they run $50-$60 nightly and can only be reserved through the Bristol Mountain RV Park & Cabins website.
We are 32728 hwy 149 Creede. 11 miles towards Lake City on hwy 149. Pull all through the Cabins and either turn left up the little hill camping anywhere, but keep the fire pit open for everyone. Or drive through the green gate past cabin #7 and camp in the pasture. Bathhouse is in the middle of the cabins. (No Bathhouse or water after September 15th.) Fire pit and picnic table are on the hill. You can have dogs off leash anywhere away from the cabins and RV sites, just be careful as we have horses, we don't want the pup's getting kicked. Let me know if you need anything.

The House where we live is the corner stone of the Bruce Property and is on the Colorado Register of Historic Houses.The residence was constructed between 1905 and 1912, using red bricks made on the site. John and Sophia Bruce, early pioneers in the North Fork Valley, were first involved in cattle raising. The family later became successful fruit growers. Located along the West Elk Loop, a Colorado Scenic and Historic Byway, the large two-story residence features a steeply pitched hipped roof with prominent attic dormers.As a guest of Riverwalk you will have full access to the river during your stay. In addition, there is the Riverwalk Trail System that skirts the North Fork of the Gunnison River from the top of the property, by the Riverwalk Yurt, (available on this site) meandering downstream past the Riverwalk TIPI (available on the site) passing the Grove Yurt (available on this site) and terminating at the bottom of the property with the sandy Riverwalk Beach. There is a trial that zigs through the Cottonwood Grove and zags back along the gentle Monitor Ditch skirting a newly planted grove of young trees.For RV Campers we provide 2- 30amp,1-50 amp and 1- 110-amp electrical services and potable water. We are blessed to have our two adult sons and (aforementioned) grandson living on this property with us. Our philosophy is to live in the moment as the present is the gift. Whether enjoying a sunrise or a sunset or anytime in between you’ll likely find us outside most days.

The camping spot is shaded and secluded with hookups on site, as well as a flush toilet and sink in rustic out house and is about 150 feet from the main house. There are a lot of birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and foxes around, and we do our best to respect them!

Our 10×24ft cabin is rustic; chic. Enjoy this off grid, solar powered, unique space with West Elk mtn views on the front porch, while sipping local wines, coffee, or tea. Queen mattress in loft w/futon below, houses 2 guests comfortably +2 to squeeze.
Feel good about minimal water usage with a compostable toilet (located in a bathroom in the cabin) plus, an outdoor solar shower. 5 gal water avail for dish and handwashing.
Cook inside with a propane 2 burner stove and enjoy a propane powered heater to stay cozy in the colder months in this serene nature’s retreat (camping/RV parking also avail)

We had an amazing experience at this rv park. All of the staff made us feel at home. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The y organize park activities a couple times a week. The store is stocked like a convenience store which was helpful. The brand new bathroom and shower/laundry building is top notch. Each bathroom is private and they have plenty of new washers and dryers. Thanks for a great stay!!

Oasis was a great spot to camp in our travel trailer. We had a great view of Blue Mesa Reservoir and it is relatively close to Black Canyon. The hosts had a great Memorial day with a cook out on Friday and pancake breakfast on Saturday. OMG the huckleberry pancake yum! We would stay here again.

In a rural area near the Grand Valley. Site is level, private, conveniently arranged, as described. The nearby road carries light backcountry and local traffic. Owners are nearby and stopped once during our stay to say hello, nice folks. The firewood bundle is a great value. Very close to the extensive local network of BLM and Colorado Monument trails. We'd stay again.

Our stay at Bristol Mountain/Broken Arrow Ranch was wonderful! We stayed in our 27ft fifth wheel and it was perfect. Plenty of room in our spot. The views were probably my favorite part of staying here. The property was clean, nice and very quiet. The location is great close to a few great hikes and scenery. It was close to Creede you could be to town in about 15 minutes which was perfect. I loved the phone booth lol. We had 2 dogs with us and it was fine for them! I would definitely recommend staying here. I have no doubt we will be back.
