There is only one way to describe the land and that is special . From the drive through the quartz creek valley to the forest you go through to put up tent to the healthy ecosystem and abundance of plant life and wildlife you experience, you feel grateful to be there. It is a place to respect and to enjoy . Amy and doug , thank you for welcoming us into your sacred place

Overall the spot was very pretty but it was a bit unkempt, had to go through a lot of tall grass to get to a spot and couldn't find the perfect flat area with a view. The lake entrance was also very tall grass and the bridges were a bit sketchy but we made it. You definitely want to have a high clearance vehicle. Overall we found a decent spot with a view but I think it was a bit overpriced for the spot.

Great campsite overall, great fishing lakes/stream, could be difficult to get to the site with larger trucks. Overall would recommend camping here.

While the ranch with its aspen forests, clear creek, and pond with bridge created a beautiful setting, all the little things were lacking:
- The path from gate to site wasn't bush-hogged or mowed, and we pushed our rented small SUV to its limits driving through high grass and scrub to get to the site.
- No tent sites were prepared for us, so we just had to squeeze into whatever flat spots we chose and to stamp down the grass/scrub to create space for our tents.
- The ground available on the little island in the pond didn't seem suitable for camping because of the high grass.
I think this HipCamp could be a great stay if one (or more) of the following were true:
- The price was significantly lower
- The driveway was better prepared for driving by on-highway vehicles
- A gathering spot for sitting in camp chairs, cooking area, etc.
- 2-5 tent sites were prepared by mowing a few flat areas.
- A path was cut/mowed to walk onto the pond island.

We had an amazing time on the land! Our spot was right on the pond, with amazing solitude. The fishing was great, both in the pond and the creek behind. Amazing sunset views. Amy was an attentive host. We will definitely be back again!

I loved this spot. Beautiful sunset, and extremely peaceful. Doug was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area. Im definitely coming back. Very private.

What a beautiful property to explore. We had access to private fishing and stand up paddleboarding while we camped on the property. There were several lakes and streams, trails and cool little ghost town right outside the property.
We felt very comfortable, welcome and safe the entire time.
We had 4 adults, 3 children a dog.
