10 Glamorous River Yurt (BREAKFAST)
Really great find! Loved that the yurts were right on the river (just a short jaunt down a trail), so we spent a lot of time fishing and relaxing by the water. The kids loved the activity tent that had all kinds of games and things to do to keep them busy. The breakfast in had all types of yummy options to choose from and was a great perk!

My spouse, two dogs, I stayed in the cabin closest to the bathrooms. Our stay was great! The large king bed is very comfortable, it reminded of my own bed, so that says a lot for comfort and good nights rest. We stayed for two nights. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast as there were options for fresh hot food off the griddle made to order and other small breakfast treats on the side they offered (yogurt parfaits, bakery donuts, orange juice, and coffee with an array of creamers to your liking). I greatly appreciated the quiet hours enforced there, not once was there any disturbance. It was very peaceful. Biggest liking was the bathroom amenities and potable water availability! Rarely is it seen on any campground that bathrooms are so clean and water readily available. I know this is glamping, but you definitely get what you pay for and it was worth it. Just a few things to note - I thought there would be a picnic table at my cabin, but there was not unfortunately. I didn’t bring my camping table because I expected that, given it was provided in the description of the site. They did provide two patio chairs and a fire ring with endless free firewood on site. There’s a wonderful community tent area with games for kids and tables with chairs and a community grill. We didn’t use it but it was nice to know that was available. Bathrooms were stocked with items you would usually have at home, so that was very accommodating!

Colorado Base Camp was perfect for our family! The yurt was cozy, clean and fit our family of 4 very nicely. Leslie and every person who worked on the property were kind, helpful and a real pleasure to be around! Breakfast was fantastic! We will definitely be back.

Another amazing stay at one of the best glamping set ups. The owners are hands on and have put so much thought and care into their property and it shows. They serve one of the best pre-adventure breakfasts known to man. You cannot go wrong staying here, it will be a highlight of your trip. The yurts are incredible and comfortable and the vibes are amazing! Book it already!

Highly recommend this spot. The cabin was amazing and the bed was great. It was a very hot weekend but the cabin provided enough shade for us and our dog at pretty much all times of the day. Leslie and Tyler were amazing. The biscuits and gravy in the morning is some of the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be going back and bringing more people along with us!

Leslie land was nice stop if you are wanting to stay close to Buena Vista. The yurts were well equipped with beds, bedding and even a heater. The bath house was super clean and had all the supplies you need.

Leslie's Yurt Village is unlike anywhere I've ever camped/glamped before. The location was great, near numerous trails and things to do. The yurt was spacious, clean, and comfortable -- with amenites including a top-rate mattress, space heater, fan, wood floor, etc. The bath houses were well-designed, well-equipped, and clean. Best of all, each morning started with a a lovely breakfast -- bacon and eggs made-to-order, coffee, tea, bagels and doughnuts -- and terrific conversation between hosts and guests. Really fun and refreshing experience.

Such a peaceful spot with an incredible family running it. We loved our cabin with the big garage door and listening to the rain with the door open. Tyler was dedicated and worked so hard all day long from greeting us when we showed up, lighting the sauna for us, keeping the fire and smores going and then even up at 6 with coffee made and cooking breakfast for everyone. You can tell he puts everything into this and it shows. We’ll stay here every time we’re in Buena Vista.

14 Riverfront Yurt (BREAKFAST)
What a great experience! This was my first time glamping and I thoroughly enjoyed the grounds. The yurt was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The facilities were very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic! The nightly s’mores and movie was a nice touch. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

I had such a great experience staying at the Riverfront Cabin. Leslie was an outstanding host who had ensured our stay was as expected and went above and beyond with providing firewood, s’mores at night and breakfast in the morning. The views surrounding the site are unbeatable and there is plenty of outdoor activities to do in the area.

Amazing experience! Everything was so clean and the hosts were exceptionally kind. Tyler got the sauna started for us, and was up again at 6 to start coffee and breakfast. We will certainly be back here and would 100% recommend this place!

We spent two nights at the Yurts and had an amazing time! Everything was as advertised on the site with the exception of the hospitality shown by Leslie and Tyler. The worked so hard to tend to every need and make everyones stay memorable. We we saw they working from sun up to sun down on every detail of the camp and they still made time to answer questions, shares stories of the are and offer advice on things to do. If you are headed to the BV area, you won't find a better experience. I would recommend a stay at the yurts for anyone! Regardless of the size or shape or your group. We had an awesome weekend!

Leslie's space is far more than just a "glampground," but also a wonderful community space. I stayed here after running an ultramarathon in the Sawatch and couldn't imagine a much better spot. The yurt was spacious, very comfortable, cool (despite the sun and temps), and well appointed. The bath house facilities were clean, and the breakfast was outstanding! There's an easy path down to the river and awesome mountain views. They host movie nights and group campfires complete with s'more roasting. I look forward to creating another excuse to come stay here in the Buena Vista area!

MTN View - River Yurt + Breakfast
The hospitality was great, the communication with the host was excellent, and the access to the river was spectacular. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided each morning. Overall we had a positive experience. To be clear, though, there is no shade at all, the yurts and cabins are in a flat, gravel parking lot, and the immediate surroundings and view are mobile homes and a highway. It is not in nature even remotely. It's not a place to stay during the day or with children. The yurts are close to each other so there isn't a lot of privacy.

Leslie and Tyler are the ultimate hosts! The Yurts and facilities are immaculate, the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Movies, firepit & S'mores at night are such a nice cozy touch.

Leslie was an incredible host and we loved our stay. She and her staff were so kind and full of energy. The breakfast that was served each morning was first class and the s’more set up in the evenings was a nice touch. We enjoyed the site and plan to stay again during our next hiking get away.
