Our full hookup RV sites are located on Row 1 of our private campground and feature spacious pads measuring approximately 45 feet wide, offering beautiful views and a peaceful setting near Blue Mesa Reservoir. Each site includes full hookups with water, sewer, and 30-amp or 50-amp electric service, making it a comfortable option for extended stays or fully equipped rigs. All RV sites are positioned parallel to the lake, which means backing in or parking parallel is required. These are not pull-through sites. Due to the hillside layout of the campground, some sites require careful maneuvering, especially when neighboring campers are present. For the best arrival experience, we strongly recommend arriving during daylight or normal business hours so staff can assist with parking and positioning your RV. Late or after-hours arrivals may limit our ability to provide assistance. If you are not comfortable backing your RV or maneuvering in tighter spaces, this campground may not be the best fit for your stay. These sites are best suited for experienced RV drivers rather than first-time or beginner RV operators. Because the campground sits on a slope, taking your time and being confident behind the wheel will ensure a smooth experience.
