We bought a school house! Our long-term plan is to build out a full campground on the property, but in the interim we will be offering boondocking. While we are under construction on the outdoor space, the main building that we have converted into a coworking space is available for our guests to use from the hours of 9AM - 6PM. Unfortunately, we are on old agricultural land so the sites are in the direct sun during the day. Please be aware that it gets hot out here in the summer and take this into consideration when booking your stay with us. Please note that there is only one camping structure allowed per site (one tent, one rv, one van, etc.). Since we are under construction we ask that you use caution when pulling into the lot. Our property is also on a bike trail that connects to 70 miles of (mostly paved) bike trails across the town of Montrose. Please reach out with any questions. We look forward to hosting you!Come set up camp with us and receive mountain views, access to picnic tables, internet, restrooms, a space to get work done, and only two miles down the road from shopping centers and groceries. We are on old agricultural land so the sites are in the direct sun during the day. Please be aware that it gets hot out here in the summer and consider this when booking your stay with us. Please note that there is only one camping structure allowed per site (one tent, one rv, one van, etc.). Spend the day visiting local restaurants and shops on Main Street, or visit Black Canyon Of The Gunnison National Park and Ridgway State Park which are both located nearby!

Perfect Campsite Near Black Canyon
This campsite was so nice! Thoughtful touches, amenities in the spotless restrooms, and a cute and functional co-working space. The hosts met us on arrival and were very kind. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

The camper hub was a fantastic place to stay! The location was convenient to get to a lot of different places! It was so nice to have bathrooms, beautiful sunsets, wifi at your campsite a fireplace and a picnic table! Taylor and Scott are so kind and helpful and are working hard to develop the place even further! Definitely going to be returning to this spot!

This is just an awesome camping spot! Rows of designated camping spots with plug ins for RV's, a beautiful new shared workspace with clean bathrooms and showers. Close to everything. Absolutely recommend!!!

Great camping !
It was so much fun, the owners were so kind, they helped me and my girlfriend find things to do outside of town and views to go look at. The bathrooms were super clean and tidy very welcoming. We definitely recommended we had a great stay.
