We have a lovely, shady, and quiet property about a mile outside of Paonia- just a 20 minute walk, or a few minutes bike ride into town. The camping spot is shaded and secluded with hookups on site, as well as a flush toilet and sink in rustic out house and is about 150 feet from the main house. There are a lot of birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and foxes around, and we do our best to respect them! The Entrance has been widened substantially to improve backing in and a deck, flushing toilet and sink have been added to the sight You can relax on the deck of the Dry Gulch Saloon mockup, or soak in one of the cool tubs while enjoying the serenity. Bathroom on site. Pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved and diligently picked up after :)This site is a lovely and secluded spot just a mile outside of Paonia- easy to walk or bike right into town. Shady peaceful spot not too far from Town. We enjoyed the deck and had several deer visitors. The amenities were sufficient and the flower garden was gorgeous

Really enjoyed our stay. Exactly as advertised - secluded and just a few minutes from town. This in an area with almost no light pollution and the night sky is amazing. Really appreciated the little restroom, since our teardrop trailer doesn't have any facilities.

The camping ground is well self sustain. Has a nice bathroom, clean running water, and a nice table where you can have a camp fire. It's also close to town making it an easy trip to get what you need

We booked this spot last minute for a quick stop over on a longer journey. We got in late and left early so we didn’t spend too much time at the property but everything was great. The host met us when we arrived (even though it was late) and was very helpful. The spot was as described, power hookup and nice camp bathroom very close and private. The area is beautiful. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Had a great experience camping on Jack's property. Spot had plenty of shade, and the hookups/bathroom were an added bonus. We enjoyed the quiet area and that it was so close to town. Jack greeted us and let us know if we needed anything to let him know. Would definitely stay again.

This is good place to stay in Paonia. Very few locations have FHU. This one does. If you are lucky the resident Buck will pay a visit. Jack is a great host.

This was our second stay at Jack's spot, and just as good as the first time. A great place close to town, and just the right amount of convenience. Our two kids and two dogs had room to roam, and the spot has good shade during the day. Thanks for another great stay!

Jack is a great host. He was there to welcome us and provided water and electric hookup. The site is tricky to back into with our pop-up trailer. It took a little bit longer but once we were in, it was a great spot and close to town.

It was everything that I personally look for in a campsite. Definitely shady, definitely secluded. Jack, the host, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable. I have a large dog and we need seclusion so the dog stays quiet, and we were both quite happy. I loved waking up to the peaceful visage of trees trees trees!
