I have a full hookup campsite on 2 acres of land. Located minutes from the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River and prime hunting (unit 66). This is a great spot for the outdoor enthusiasts! Located 1 hour from Gunnison and 30 minutes from Lake City. You’ll love the spot and surrounding area.This is a full hookup site with amazing well water, power, and septic and leach! The site has ample space for large and small RV’s. (See photos). There is a spot for an additional camper, however it is a dry site and is limited to campers 25’ or less. It’s a beautiful wooded lot that has a fire pit and natural spring. There is plenty of firewood located on the property. Feel free to use what is already cut. Please pay attention to any fire bands posted! Enjoy

I ask that you use your own discretion when it comes to the length of your camper. For reference (see photos), the camper featured in the photos was 38’ (hitch to back).
Allowed rigs: travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, class A RVs, class B RVs, class C RVs, campervans, cars, truck campers, and rooftop tents
There is and additional “dry” campsite available as well. The maximum CAMPER length is 25’ to utilize this site. You’ll still be able to access the water and power. An additional $20 will be charged per night for this option.
Back-in site
A cul du sac is conveniently located just past the property. This makes it easy to turn around and back into the site. The driveway length to the site is roughly 300’
