We don't sell fuel or offer services beyond camping so we primarily have only air traffic with few to no landings each year. In other words, it is very quiet here except during the occasional low pass. We are very eager for pilots to fly in and camp out! The beautiful sunsets and stargazing night skies are a real treat for anyone that comes to visit. Lots of deer, birds, and other wildlife can be seen out and about. Bring your telescope and binoculars to view all the property has to offer! Note that we are always working to improve our slice of heaven, thus we do have tools, vehicles, and equipment stored around the farm that if not used now will be one day. We appreciate your understanding that some areas are used for our personal / farm storage. If you're not into looking at our farmware, there are a few nearby campgrounds. The Guinea farm is 18 acres of feild and forest on the rural middle pennensula. Only 1 mile from 2 separate secluded beaches and a boat launch. There is verly little traffic or light polution here, nature is at your fingertips. Come visit the farm and experience agrotourism at it's finest. Pick your own veggies in the community garden and meet the Guinea fowl! Enjoy the windernes and learn about the local ecosystem here on the middle pennensula. There are 3 sites spaced out across the 18 acres set apart for privacy. Wisteria is a primative site closer to the entrance gate. Trilogy is a suspended tree tent in the pines 700' beyond that and seperated by dense forest. Stargazer Tiny cabin is an offgrid rustic camping cabin on the back side of the property. Each site is surronded by several acres of forest and close to the edge of a large feild. There are romaing guinea fowl that may come make a very loud appearance as they canvas the property eating bugs. Deer, Turkeys, Bald Eagles, foxes, and other wildlife are common guests also. Mid-summer is what I call frog season, Tree frogs are abundant and provide a wonderful soundtrack. There are free to use bicycles, an axe throwing board, and cornhole boards available. 4 miles from shopping and dining in Mathews Virginia, 15 miles to Gwynn Island. Gwynn's Island is an island located in the Chesapeake Bay off of Virginia's Middle Peninsula. The island is located in the northeast part of Mathews County, south of the mouth of the Piankatank River. It is connected to the rest of the county by a swing bridge over Milford Haven.

Kat was very nice and understanding, we knocked on their door to give them a gift and they invited us right in. The next morning they treated us to some snacks. The little cabin is so cute too.

4 nights at Camp Land Beyond Zion

I had a fantastic time in the Tiny Home at Land Beyond Zion. The place is very cozy, with all the amenities I needed. I was able to simply relax, drive up into Zion a few times, and work a little (great internet) over the course of four days. Shanti was very responsive, quick to answer questions and offer tips. Thanks Shanti and Pearl for everything!

Weekend Trip to True Trail Farm

We had the best time with the animals!!! Fell in love with Dixie the pig! Other favorites were Georgie, the donkey and Wishbone, the turkey! The baby goats were precious! We loved the Gypsy lodging. Hosts were great, too!

We had such an incredible stay at the Tiny Red Cabin! The peace and quiet were exactly what we were looking for, it was the perfect escape from everyday life. We loved cooking out back while taking in the beautiful, open views of the sky, and walking the property trails at sunset was absolutely stunning. Lisa and James were amazing hosts and made us feel extremely welcome from the start. They were always happy to help, and Lisa went above and beyond by offering to set up a wine tasting for us, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing home nestled in a quiet wooded area! Great for weekend getaway or longish cozy stay. The home is equipped with all kitchen and bath needs - very impressively stocked given the size (stove top, fridge, microwave..). Stayed during a snowy/icy weekend over new years and the cabin stayed so warm and felt very luxurious in the snow; cozy bed you'll want to stay in all day! Fire pit was great - bring additional fire cookware or grill if you want that but the house has all the basics!!

Kathleen is a great host, don’t pass on the waffles or turnovers. They are so good. The space we stayed in was adequately equipped for four of us and comfortable for all of us. The farm cat is a cute little guy too.

Really loved staying here, the tiny cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable winter stay. The outhouse was clean and the firewood was provided. Location is relatively close to downtown which was also nice

3 nights at The Guinea Farm, Field, and Forest

Stargazer tiny cabin at the Guinea Farm was perfect for me and my pup. Ian was the perfect host and made us feel so welcome. Meeting the chickens and guineas was a lot of fun and the beach nearby was breathtaking. We explored the area, had a few campfires, and relaxed. Even the rainstorm was amazing while inside Stargazer!!! The cabin was super cool. We will be returning! Just a quick note that did not detract from the experience at all - we did encounter some hunting dogs loose at the beach hunting a deer. Its obviously hunting season and off the location, just good to note. We loved our trip here and valued meeting Ian and learning about his much loved birds, clearly living in paradise. Definitely worth a visit! The cabin itself was extremely clean and well stocked. The property was fun to explore, even has corn hole and axe throwing!

Weekend Trip to Sparrow Bend River Retreat

We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage. The lodging had more than the essential commodities. The location had a had a spectacular views and pristine river which invite one to bask in the moment. Further, Angela was always available and responsive. We will come back some other time

Weekend Trip to The Guinea Farm, Field, and Forest

We had a wonderful stay at the Stargazer tiny cabin. It was incredibly cozy, warm and clean. The cabin had every amenity we needed, and Ian provided clear instructions for everything. He responded to all of our requests quickly and kindly, which made our stay even better. One of the highlights was looking up at the stars at night. It was absolutely fantastic! Aaron’s Beach and Haven Beach were only 3–5 minutes away, and we had the best time there with our dog. This was truly one of our best stays, and I strongly recommend Ian’s place. We will definitely be back!

Great spot, close to town and really enjoyed the space. Firewood provided was a nice touch.
