There is a green pipe rail gate at the end. This gate has a combination lock. You will receive the current combination code 2 days before your arrival. If you are turning onto a dirt road without a sign....you are on the wrong road. Juniper Valley Spur is my short culdesac road with a road sign and a locked green pipe rail gate at the end. We have 3 RV sites available for campers to book. Please note that we do not have RV hookups for any of the sites. You will be parking on loose gravel and the sites are relatively flat. We can accommodate most RVs/trailers, if you are uncertain about the size just send me a message. There is a portapotty in the hay barn cleaned regularly and a water spigot for non-potable water uses. There is no shower available but you could wash off hands and feet if desired with the hose. Pets are allowed at campsites #2 and #3 only. These campsites are farthest from the horses and dogs. Please keep dogs on leash at all times. Our property offers a beautiful view of Mount Shasta. Nature lovers, extreme sports enthusiasts, family vacationers and retirees, can all enjoy the vast recreational opportunities this area has to offer. Lake Siskiyou is about 20 miles south and offers a wonderful 7-mile hiking trail around the entire lake.

We're 54 miles from Redding off of 299E, (about 1-1/2 hour drive). DO NOT TAKE ROAD 11 FROM THE NORTH, IT IS CLOSED! PIease try to ignore the "car art" in the Pit River Tribe's Rancheria as you're coming here. Drive right through it, it's no reflection on us. The last mile or so of the road here can be pretty rough, but on arrival, you'll know it's worth the trip! No Cell phone service available here, so it's the perfect opportunity to unplug. We do have a land line up at the house in case of an emergency. Also, if you really need it, WiFi is available at the house.

We loved the 360 views and especially the view of Mt Shasta. Amzing spot as long as there is no wind. Fresh farm eggs were a nice breakfast addition. Amenities were basic but having potable water and an outhouse was convenient. The host, Alex, was personable and helpfull.

This was the best hot springs experience I've ever had. I wish I could have stayed longer. Our host was a great communicator and went out of the way to make our visit great. The other guest were also a lot of fun. There were lots of fish in the creek but I didn't have time to go fishing. I will be back. Adam

We liked camping at Kosk hot springs. We could see all the recent improvements: new trails, PVC pipe to the hot pool, new bridge over the creek. We did not meet the host but all the campers were very nice.

We got there almost around 10pm. Very welcoming and gave us a mini tour of the main area. Clean bathrooms and lovely camping site! Easy and quick communication.

3 nights at Trailer Lane Campground

Campsite was great and was a little secluded from the RV sites. Bathroom was clean and also warm which was great when getting up in the middle of the night. Really enjoyed the friendly cat that kept visiting us. Only complaint was the freeway and road noise but earplugs will help with that.

Nice open meadow camping a short walk from well maintained hot springs along a beautiful river. Sites along the river have less shade but you get the lovely sound of flowing water. Sites across the meadow in the trees have plentiful shade. Check your dogs, in spring there are definitely ticks!

Camping at the hot spring was an amazing and relaxing experience. Soaking in the warm natural water while surrounded by nature and fresh air made it feel like a peaceful escape. The highlight was enjoying the hot spring under the stars—definitely something I would do again.

I stayed at Alex’s site 2 with my dog for 2 nights. We had the most beautiful views, sunrises and sunsets. Alex was the best host. Highly recommend staying here! I had 2-3 bars of Verizon service and gas/groceries were 10 min away.

absolutely loved this site, the view is ridiculous. very clean portapotty, no sink. feels remote but not too far away from closest town. friendly dogs and horses. no fires were allowed so i brought premade stuff and picked up dinner on my way home from a hike.

I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at Trailer Lane. It was an awesome experience, and I wanted to reach out and let you know how much I appreciated the stay. The facilities were very clean/well-maintained, and the overall environment made for a fantastic trip. I will certainly be recommending this location to others looking for a great place to camp. I particularly enjoyed petting the chickens and goats, and the view of Mt. Shasta from the tent camping area was spectacular. The sound of the frogs at night also made the stay very peaceful. From this campsite you can make a waterfall loop and see 6 maybe even 7 waterfalls in one day. I did 6 it took 4 hours and very worth it. I saw a 40ft 5th wheel parked so I know I can bring my 35 ft 5th wheel next time. I stayed in the Denali this trip. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. Best regards, Maryann

Excellent spot! Very quiet. Hosts were amazing. Had a camp site next to a creek. Fall asleep listening to the water. Flowers and butterflies everywhere. Beautiful.
