Very nice spot. Surprisingly quiet even though it is very near to the freeway. Easy check-in and the host was very nice. Perfect Location for activities in Redding.

I got to your place at about 10 PM & found a phone number to the park manager that got my RV to a parking place to spend the night. This was after I couldn't get anyone at one of your competitors places. Your manager went out of his way to accommodate us. He showed us the slot to park & helped get us into the space in the dark. He even helped hook up power line. Great job.

This is the perfect stop off of I5 to get some rest. We enjoyed the massage chairs. Vickie, Tammy and Wes are great host.

Hidden Oasis

Tammy and her husband were extremely welcoming and responsive. I got in late one night and was in the middle of a 12 point turn when they came out and helped me get set up. The area is lovely, with a big meadow space to walk my dog and a creek behind the sites. The whole place feels like a secluded getaway. It is right next to the highway (very convenient!) but I didn’t hear any noise in the RV section. Great experience, will be coming back for sure!

Tammy was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. She was available at all hours for questions and they even came over to show us how to use the stove when it out smarted us. Great location btwn Shasta and Lassen. The RV was huge. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Great van with excellent water flow, AC, and facilities. The two sofas conveniently convert into beds, making it very comfortable. The host is incredibly responsible and courteous. Loved the whole experience!

Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable

We had a wonderful stay here! The check-in process was very smooth, and someone personally showed us to the RV. The RV felt very new, spacious, and extremely clean. It was a very hot day when we arrived, but the air conditioning had already been turned on for us, so the RV was cool and comfortable as soon as we stepped inside. We really appreciated that thoughtful touch. The sofas were comfortable, and the RV had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and other useful amenities. Although it is listed as accommodating up to eight people, I think it may feel a little crowded with five or six guests. For the two of us, however, it felt incredibly spacious. Overall, this was a great place to stay. We had a very comfortable experience and would definitely recommend it to friends!

Great location close to the freeway, many things to do nearby. I am not sure the name of the man who owns it but he was very friendly & explained everything well when we arrived. Our spot was a good spot next to the creek. It was quiet and we didn’t have any interaction with anyone staying there. There were quite a few people and everyone was respectful. The bathrooms were clean. There was outdoor games by the office my kids enjoyed. We would stay there again if we were in the area. Thanks for the place to stay for a couple days !!

Perfect overnight

Booking was easy. Close to freeway so it was very convenient. Noise from the freeway was not an issue. Site was very clean and level right next to a small stream. Easy to use grill provided. Shady trees. Bathroom was clean and very usable for me and my wife. Friendly folks at the office. Great spot for an easy overnight. We will definitely be back.

Having a stronger a Wi-Fi. For the 3 days I was at this campground, I wasn't able to access the internet. As a traveler, I depend on amenities advertised by hosting campground. I had to leave the campground to plan my day in this area. I was planning to use Wi-Fi at campground.

It was peaceful!!! And quiet!!! The bathrooms and showers were nice and CLEAN! Although I didn't meet Tammy here husband Wes was extremely helpful in helping us back up there boat and Travato! Enjoyed every moment... can't wait to return for our 3rd year next May.

Too Close to I-5

I was solo tent camping on a motorcycle. Wes was the person who checked me in and he was very nice and showed me where the restroom and showers were located. I also met one of the permanent residents there while he was walking his dog, and he was a super nice guy. I set up under an oak tree and it rained heavily all night long. I realize we can't do anything about the weather, but my biggest complaint is that it's about 100 yards from I-5. The noise from the traffic was very loud, and made worse by the rain. I really didn't sleep all night. If you're not tent camping, you might have a totally different experience withthe road noise. Nice people and great prices. but too close to the freeway for me.

We needed to find a last minute camping spot and luckily we came across Wonderland. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities (bathroom and laundry area) could use more regular cleaning, but still decent. The land was great for tent camping. But remember that you're close to the highway, so you'll be hearing a lot of noise at night.

Oh... Poo.

Stayed four nights and we parked in #132 because #131 has been converted to grass and no longer exists. Being on the end in a nice shady spot by the stream with nothing but lawn for a neighbor seemed like a dream come true... until we realized that one of the residents had claimed the entire area as their dog's personal restroom. Of course we cleaned it all up right away because - yuk! - and because we didn't want our dog to be blamed for it. Would have shrugged it off and forgotten all about it at that point - except - every time we left for a few hours and even when we got up in the mornings, there would be FRESH POO! And I'm not just talking about the former #131 area, but right there next to our chairs or by the picnic table or where our power cable was laying. I think we would have had some nice things to say about Wonderland RV in general otherwise, but that level of blatant rudeness and disrespect from other residents was so mind blowing it sort of overshadowed the whole visit. And word to the wise, the picnic tables are built on pipes with open ends that provide refuge for large black widows. After clearing all the webs on the first day (there were lots), there were nearly as many fresh webs under the table and seats by morning. Had to go out in the middle of the next night to catch them in the act of rebuilding to get rid of them - after that, no more fresh webs, only fresh poos.
