Overview

Just east of Napa Valley, Lake Berryessa is popular thanks to the water, with boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, sailing, canoeing, swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Several full-service marinas, boat launches, and boat rentals make it easy to get out there. Visitors can stay on the lake overnight in a houseboat, or choose from lakeside cabins, cottages, and several campgrounds around the lakeshore with campsites for tents, RVs, trailers, and groups. Camping options can also be found at nearby county parks, state parks, and RV resorts.
