We're excited to share our property with guests and hope you'll enjoy the land as much as we do. The more RVers and campers who visit, the more we can invest in improving the ranch. One hundred percent of the booking fees we receive (after broker fees and direct property expenses) go toward infrastructure improvements at TLR!
We are actively making improvements throughout the property.
This summer's biggest project is remodeling three of our four bathrooms. One bathroom will remain open while the others are being renovated. It may be a little old and funky, but it's fully operational! Look for fresh, updated bathrooms by fall.
A BIG shout-out to Collins Tile for helping make this happen!
Next year, we plan to expand and improve the kitchen and dining area in the common lodge. This space is available to all campers and lodge guests. It's open now, but it's still a bit rustic and funky!

Great location close to the freeway, many things to do nearby. I am not sure the name of the man who owns it but he was very friendly & explained everything well when we arrived. Our spot was a good spot next to the creek. It was quiet and we didn’t have any interaction with anyone staying there. There were quite a few people and everyone was respectful. The bathrooms were clean. There was outdoor games by the office my kids enjoyed. We would stay there again if we were in the area. Thanks for the place to stay for a couple days !!

Booking was easy. Close to freeway so it was very convenient. Noise from the freeway was not an issue. Site was very clean and level right next to a small stream. Easy to use grill provided. Shady trees. Bathroom was clean and very usable for me and my wife. Friendly folks at the office. Great spot for an easy overnight. We will definitely be back.

This was an absolutely beautiful & unique camping spot! We really enjoyed the views & being able to eat our meals overlooking the vineyard. The bathroom facility was a nice amenity & was clean when we were there. The wine was also SO GOOD. We had a Pet Nat Sauvignon Blanc and really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend getting a bottle of their wine while you camp here.
The one consideration for any potential campers is that there are 4 property dogs! The dogs were very cute & sweet but they are outdoor dogs that did hang around our campsite all night and did a lot of typical dog things (barking, etc). We personally love dogs and had ours with us so we didn’t have many issues, but if you don’t like dogs, this would not be a good spot for you.
