We love the privacy space in site D near the creek, the view was beautiful, day and night . Billy was very friendly and Attentive she even shared with us some yummy squash from her garden. She also sales you some bags of ice which was convenient.

Great hosts and a gorgeous serene spot next to a flowing creek. Would 100% stay again and look forward to how they are continuing to develop the property.
Really great spot and an excellent host. The creek is quite deep and the perfect temperature for cooling off on a hot day. Billy was amazing. She did a grocery run for us in the morning if we needed anything. She supplies the wood for your fire and honestly takes care of anything you might need. Had a great time and will definitely be back soon. Great proximity to the nearby lakes and lots of opportunity for hiking as well. Thank you so much Billy!

The site was amazing and Billy was an amazing host and we look forward to staying here again.
We had the most incredible 4th of July getaway at Clear Creek Adventure, and we are already planning our next trip back!
The hosts were absolutely amazing—incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. You can tell they put so much love into this property. The entire campsite was exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and felt like a secure, private sanctuary.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the river. It was the perfect spot to just laze around, cool off, and completely unwind. To top it all off, the night skies here are unmatched. We got some absolutely stunning, breathtaking shots of the Milky Way and the star-filled sky right from our tent.
If you are looking for a peaceful, scenic, and relaxing nature escape, this is it. We cannot wait to rebook!
An excellent family spot to spend the day; the owners make you feel right at home. It’s a private, safe location with Wi-Fi available. Stargazing at night is a spectacular experience I highly recommend, and the common areas are great—there’s even a communal space for barbecues. If you forget firewood for your campfire, don't worry; the owners have thought of everything and more. The only thing I’d add is that a picnic table would be great—it would make things much easier—but it’s a new place currently undergoing improvements, and it’s well worth visiting to create unforgettable moments.
I absolutely love love love this place the hosts are so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. The beauty is undescribable. There's fishing, swimming, rock hunting, hiking and more. We can't wait to go back and stay.
Billy and Tim have created an amazing campsite right on Clear Creek. They were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They do ice checks each morning, provide a propane grill, and have plenty of tubes and floaties available for the creek.
The river access area is one of the highlights, with hammocks, floaties, and a great place to relax by the water. Billy also keeps a large water jug in the center of camp so you can easily refill your canteen. Just don’t forget to bring water shoes.
The campsite itself is private and secluded, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some incredible stargazing at night. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Billy's land! It was easy to set up camp and the creek made for a glorious break from the heat. The sound of the waterfall was amazing to fall asleep to and the sky was full of stars at night. Billy and her husband were wonderful hosts and even have us fresh veggies from their garden! We would absolutely camp here again and look forward to returning in the future.

We loved camping on Billy’s land, it's a really special place! We’re already trying to plan when we can come back, thank you, thank you!
Stayed here for an overnight with my son on a toasty Tuesday afternoon and evening. Billy was great with communication and the camp was super well maintained with clean port o potties, available water for cleaning and some for drinking. The creek itself was fantastic and certainly the highlight of the camp. Clear, easy to access and nice and cool. We saw deer and Mergansers and even an eagle. Would happily come back again!
19 of us gathered at the Clear Creek Bivouac for 2 nights and it did not disappoint. It was very kid-friendly for our group with children ages 4 - 12. The sites were spacious and level with non-potable water at each site. Spring water, ice, WIFI, firewood and other convenient amenities were available for sale. There's a wonderful shaded communal space next to the beautiful clear creek where you can walk in for a swim to cool down. Bring your water shoes and river floats for a relaxing day on the water. It's a short 30 minute drive from Redding and even shorter drive to Whiskeytown Lake and lots of waterfalls and hiking.
We had the BEST experience here! Came here with my husband and 6yr old daughter Beautiful location next to a river with pools safe enough for children to swim and play for hours. Found arrowheads at our campsite. The owners take such good care of the land and are restoring it after the 2018 fires. Featuring fresh spring water for purchase, WiFi, inner tubes and more. Communication with Billy was excellent. Greeted by her upon arrival and given a tour. Would highly recommend to families or single adults/friend groups. We had such a good time we are thinking of staying here again our way back from our road trip. Enjoy!
This was one this most special plots of land I have ever set foot upon . It's absolutely stunning. It's literally teaming with life. The ability to swim in your own private swim hole on clear Creek was worth it's weight in GOLD. You so remote yet so close to the amenities of the greater Redding area. The hosts of this HipCamp were warm and welcoming. They offered way more amenities than a typical HIPCAMP. My only regret was not staying longer
