We really enjoyed our stay here. The trailer was clean, quiet, and in a good location not far from Joshua Tree National Park. The hosts were very attentive and thoughtful. They provided some water, paper towels, and logs for the fire pit. For us, staying in a trailer felt much more comfortable than camping in a tent. We would definitely recommend this place.

However, I must note that it is a bit far from Joshua national park and there are almost no light outside camp. But for the price this place is worth it. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay while visiting Joshua Tree. Tao’s property is fun, welcoming, and equipped with everything you need - and then some! We took advantage of the trails near the property and then spent time relaxing in the pool and hot tub. I was in town to meet my dad for the first time ever. Afterward, I really needed somewhere safe and quiet to land — a place where I could process everything and ground myself. I didn’t have a big budget, so finding something affordable was important. Then I found Amy’s place. It was affordable, really cute, and exactly what I needed. I kept my phone charged with a battery pack, sat in the moonlit camper, and wrote. It ended up being a really meaningful and grounding experience.

3 nights at Cozy Retreat in Joshua Tree
Had such a great solo retreat here, I appreciated the well decorated interior that made it feel very homey. Perfect degree of isolation for me personally, very quiet with only occasional cars passing by and a short drive to the national park.
The wifi essentially didn’t work, t-mobile cell service had a better connection. I didn’t mind this as I came here to disconnect. Be mindful of intersections on the dirt roads where no one has a stop sign, a local I spoke with says there have plenty of accidents at these intersections as the area has gotten busier.
Overall loved my experience and will definitely be back!

Such a lovely tastefully decorated Cabin, rustic meets fancy meets cozy. Loved all the detail on the landscape, the fully fenced yard for the dogs, the sunrise in the hot tub and the inside of the cabin. Everything was great and Mikael was easy to communicate with. Will def come again

Weekend Trip to High Desert Protocol
This property is amazing! So much to explore and enjoy.
The Gallery experienced some weather damage from rainstorms prior to my visit, so the team at HDP upgraded me to the Robin's Egg, which was extremely generous. The accommodations were excellent, with so much cool art and media to explore. I enjoyed the clawfoot tub as well as the many patios to step outside onto.
I spent time during both evenings of my stay in the hot tub, under the stars. So nice to meet fellow travelers in there, as well as enjoy alone time.
Both mornings, I walked the trails behind the property, taking in the views (including many Joshua Trees!)
The road up to the property is unpaved but in good condition. My SUV handled it fine.
The communication from the team beforehand, during, and after was informative.
