Deb’s Place has become one of our favorite escapes. We camped at sites 1 and 2 plus the schoolie. Deb truly wants you to enjoy your stay and we felt it in every little detail. This was our second time here, and we’ve already booked another trip with a whole new camping group.
Part of me doesn’t want this place to get too popular… but honestly, once people experience it, I know it’ll become everyone’s favorite camp spot.

Camp Deb's Place
Deb’s Place has become one of our favorite escapes. We camped at sites 1 and 2 plus the schoolie. Deb truly wants you to enjoy your stay and we felt it in every little detail. This was our second time here, and we’ve already booked another trip in two weeks with a whole new camping group. Part of me doesn’t want this place to get too popular… but honestly, once people experience it, I know it’ll become everyone’s favorite camp spot.

I was genuinely moved by the consistent service that Deborah offered me during my lodging at Deb’s Place. She strives to provide the best camping experiences for her guests. She provided me with additional information about a historical site in the immediate area of Yucca Valley namely Pioneer Town. It is truly a remarkable site preserving a bygone era of pioneer life in Yucca Valley.
I sincerely hope to return to Deb’s Place so that I can utilize it as a convenient location for traveling to and hiking on various trails at Joshua Tree National Park.
Deb’s Place provides an excellent site for exploring so many different places in San Bernardino County, California. I highly recommend that one take advantage of staying at Deb’s Place.

This space was so awesome! We had a group of 14 for a birthday surprise and it exceeded our expectations. Deb was so sweet and accommodating. She has really thought of everything. We loved hearing about her property and had such a peaceful night.

Deb’s place was great! Spots were spaced out, had their own fire pits, and the bathroom, shower, outdoor kitchen were all setup nicely. Easy to get around even at night with solar lights and motion lights. Short drive to Giant Rock Meeting Room. The coffee trailer on site was also a nice touch. We will definitely stay again.

Camp Debs Place was an amazing Site. If you are a first time camper or someone that doesnt enjoy full on camping (No Shower, No Bathroom, No Amenities), this is the place to be. Deborah has everything you need, full running shower, full running bathroom, sites big enough for large parties, and even a coffee room! Everything was so clean as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would 100% come back. Debroah was very attentive to our needs and responded with in a timely matter when we had questions.
Only downside is the site being close to one of the main roads, so it does get a little noisy with cars driving by in the middle of the night. But, other than that, 10/10!

Staying on the bus was such a fun experience. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We’ve stayed at Deb’s Place twice and we’ve had great experiences both times. Will definitely be coming back.

I stayed at Deb’s campground 2 nights. It was a great experience. Deb has put a lot of thought and effort into creating a positive, comfortable experience for her guests. There is a restroom and shower, which makes camping so much easier. Although we didn’t use it, there is a large outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook your meal. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d definitely return.

We had the best time at Camp Deb’s Place! It is truly one of the most kid-friendly spots we’ve ever stayed at. Even though we brought our own travel trailer, Deb had everything available and thoughtfully set up for families.
You can tell she really thinks through the little details that make a stay easier and more fun with kids. The bus with the game room and table was such a hit…it added a whole extra layer of fun and made the experience so unique.
We felt so comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommend for families looking for a stress-free, memory-making getaway!

Deb was amazing and helpful!
The place is outfitted with everything you need and has a community vibe. All other travelers/campers were super chill and my daughter and I had a blast. They even have a coffee hut. Amenities were clean and shower works quickly. Cmapsites were decorated and Deb was really helpful the whole time!
10/10 def recommend this as an option!

Gorgeous piece of land with all of the creature comforts you could want, including the cutest morning coffee bar and a large and inviting outdoor kitchen. This property is absolutely a labor of love, with really cozy details all throughout. I look forward to future returns!

Campground is convenient to Joshua Tree. Great accommodations (flush toilet, shower, huge outdoor kitchen, all very clean). Deb met me to show me around and was friendly and helpful. There is quite a bit of road noise, but that’s the cost of being close to a main road for easy access to the park.

This was our third stay at Deb's Place and it never disappoints! Deb had made some changes to the campsites over the summer and makes me love our site #7 even more! The facilities and sites are always impeccably clean, well maintained, and well stocked. Even with it being 'close' to the rt 247, you still feel like you are a bit isolated but it makes getting down to Yucca Valley/JT easy! Thank you, Deb, for providing a wonderful desert escape that includes all the creature comforts we need!

We really enjoyed Deb's place. 5 of us passing through to Joshua Tree Park. Deb has very nice amenities; cooking area with sink, electrical plug ins for Jackery type devices, hot shower, bathroom. All decorated in a fun and funky style. You can pass through quietly or catch Deb to get a lowdown on the history of the area.

We stayed at Deb's Place with some friends on our way to Joshua Tree NP. Deb has done an extraordinary job setting up the site for guests. She has thought of every detail to make the place comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean and organized. Deb is also quite friendly and spent some time telling us about things we could do around the area and the history of the region. We were a bit worried about the noise from the country highway nearby but traffic died down in the evening and wasn't a problem. We highly recommend Deb's Place!

Loved it. Everything you need and more. Great shower and kitchen area. Highly recommend. Be aware that there is light/sound from the main road since only two blocks away.

I loved camping at Deb's place. We stayed at 2 different sites over 3 days in our VW Vanagon and came away very impressed. Deb's Place has a great (and clean) communal kitchen with a fridge, sink, plenty of space and cooking pots and pans. The shower was instantly hot and a welcome site after long hikes in the desert. Deb was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you have spent a few dusty days in JTNP and need a little ease and comfort.

We originally booked Deb’s camp because of the government shutdown, we didn’t want to cancel our trip to Joshua Tree — and it turned out to be such a great choice!
The site was peaceful and well laid out. We loved how each campsite felt private and spread out, yet still close enough to feel part of a little community. The bathrooms were spotless, and the communal kitchen was such a nice touch — clean, organized, and super convenient.
Deb herself was wonderful, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We found out the national park was still partially open, so we spent our days exploring and came back to Deb’s camp each evening to relax under the stars.
Highly recommend this spot , whether you’re visiting Joshua Tree during a shutdown or not, this place is a gem!

We stumbled upon this private campground and were blown away by how peaceful, clean, and well-kept everything was. Our host, Deb, absolutely fantastic - warm, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in the space. The vibe was just right for unplugging and recharging. We already booked our spring return so this place is that good. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates nature, comfort, and good company.

Deborah, the host, was incredibly kind and responsive. I had several questions before our arrival, and she answered everything so kindly. On the day of our reservation, she gave us a detailed explanation of the camping amenities after check-in and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable.
The shared kitchen had everything we could possibly need and was super convenient. The mini lounge and mini coffee shop were absolutely adorable. The restrooms were also very clean. The chairs and benches placed throughout the campsite were perfect for stargazing in the evening.
One suggestion I have is to establish a clear quiet hour policy, like other places that ask for quiet after 10 PM. While everyone comes to camp with different purposes—some for rest and healing, others for socializing—one group checked in after 9 PM and was loud until midnight, which made it hard for our family with a child to fall asleep early. I suppose this might depend on which groups happen to be staying at the same time, so it’s a bit of luck.
Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. I even posted about it on Instagram, and a few people asked me about the place—so I happily recommended it! If you asked me whether I’d go back again, my answer is 100% yes.

Deb’s Place is super nice and very accommodating. You can buy firewood, take a shower, has super clean bathrooms and a area to clean dishes and borrow grills. Deborah is also super nice and helpful too she always checked if we needed something when we were nearby.

My group had a blast at Camp Deb's Place! The bus was a cool addition to our site. Super clean and comfy to sleep in. Deb was a great host and was super nice to let us borrow a cornhole game which we enjoyed during our break times. All the communal areas were kept clean, making our camping experience much easier.

We spent two nights at Deb’s campsite and had such a wonderful experience. The space is incredibly well set up with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed—from a hot stove and burners to utensils, plates, a fridge, and even tea. It was so convenient being able to buy firewood right there on-site too.
The bathrooms and showers were clean and easy to use, and the whole place felt comfortable and welcoming. There were plenty of games and activities for the kids, which made a huge difference for our family. Deb clearly put a lot of heart into creating a space that feels both relaxing and functional.
