We are about 40 miles from the Grand Canyon, 65 miles from Sedona and 8 miles from downtown Williams. Fishing lake is just 5 miles up the road at Lake Kaibab. The Grand Canyon Train leaves twice a day out of Williams. For our tent campers... we have a restroom with a Chemical porta flush toilet, Sink and a nice cold outdoor shower (very private). For the kids or big kid in all of us... there is a trampoline, Swings and disc swing. For the older folk in us...For the young ones, there is a fort and slide.
When we are at camp...we do happy hour everyday at 4pm. You are more than welcome to bring your drink of choice and meet new friends... or feel free to stay to yourselves... we will not be offended either way. Friendly pets are always allowed but must be on leash and we ask that you please pick up after them.
NOTE: We have a very strict cancellation policy... you may cancel up to ONE hour after you get here! If you don't like it... we want you to be happy... That's it!

Site one: (Dreamin Drive) Good for tent camping or RV/Trailer up to 34ft
Site two: (Loafer Lane) Good for tent camping or RV up to 25ft or Trailer up to 18ft.
Site three: (Slumber Way) Good for RV/Trailer only up to 34 ft (back in only)
Site Four: (Snooze Alley) Good for RV up to 28ft or small trailer up to 16ft due to turn around area.

Nice location to visit flagstaff or Sedona. Bit of a bumpy road to site but not terrible.
Nick and Kim were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful getting us situated even though we arrived at night. The place was clean. The bathroom and shower area was great to have when camping for 3 nights. I highly recommend this place. We definitely will be coming back!
Quiet, safe, extremely well maintained and the host, Ranger Roger is very knowledgeable on the Grand Canyon since he works for the NPS. Short drive to the South Rim/Mather Point as well as Flagstaff and Oak Creek Canyon/Sedona. Excellent base camp for our excursions!

Great spot for the night! We were greeted by a neighbor, who welcomed us and helped us get settled in. We had the camp to ourselves, which was such a cool experience. The bathroom/shower were clean, and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stars.
Fabulous camp site- small, private. The kids loved the play ground. Having a bathroom so close was also awesome. Good location just outside Williams. We drove into Williams and had a picnic at kaibab lake to get a change of scenery. Nick and Kim were amazing camp hosts. Everyone was super friendly. We will definitely be back.
The hosts were AWESOME and the campsite was perfect for our stay. Definitely a change of pace from the loud crowded public campgrounds. Will be heading back next year. Thanks Nick and Kim.
