We also have a vibrant farmer's market with fresh and local grown and made items. There is music in the park, car shows, kayak festival, and so much more!
In the winter months, there is ice fishing, sledding, snowshoeing, ice climbing, and the waterfalls are spectacular when they are frozen!

We have eight RV specific campsites (up to 40ft x 25ft) plus overflow camper and tenting spots. Our property spans 19 beautiful acres with panoramic lake views, located just minutes from historic downtown Salmon Arm. The foreshore trail runs below the property which is great for walking or biking through the bird sanctuary and over the boardwalks
Each site includes a picnic table and a wood-burning fire pit (for use when permitted). Guests also have access to a communal outdoor kitchen area with a dishwashing station, fridge, barbecue, and smoker. Potable water, a washing machine and hot showers are included in the nightly rate. We provide clean porta-potty toilets. Trash removal is the responsibility of each guest. The sites are natural and mostly level they are not manicured.
All campsites are easily accessible and offer amazing lake views. Canoe Beach Park and its boat launch and sandy beach are just a short 10-minute drive along the lakeshore and the downtown pier and boat launch is a 5-minute drive. Come enjoy an unforgettable stay in Beautiful Shuswap SalmonArm.

There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from.
Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine).
Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'.

Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!
Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Welcome to 28 acres of forests, mountains, creeks, a river and all that comes with it!
We live in a little off-grid cabin deep in the Yalakom Valley in a small community of rustic-living and friendly folks. Please note that this property is located 40 km outside of Lillooet. Part of the road is a dirt road and a bit bumpy, best for cars that don't mind roughing it a little bit, and best for people who don't fear cliffs. You also lose service 5 minutes outside of Lillooet.
The property is surrounded by one other large private lot on one side and some steep crown land on the other. You can explore our lot down to the river or you can drive to other locations like the Horseshoe (a great swim spot), Carpenter Lake (great for swimming, too), Lac La Mere (good for fishing), Carol Lake, and much more.
All sites are located 150-200 feet away from our main house and share the same outhouse. However, it is unlikely for us to have more than one site booked the same time, so there is ample privacy.
This is a somewhat rustic and rugged spot- if you are looking for fancy glamping this is not the space for you! Vancouverites, you've been warned!

A very remote, tranquil log cabin fishing camp hand-built in the 1960's. Akehurst Lake Wilderness Resort is only accessible by ATV (snowmobile in winter) or by foot (a 9-minute walk from the parking lot). There is no public access to the lake so it is wonderfully private & peaceful.
We offer 5 cabins in total with some areas suitable for tents.
There is a day-lodge with a kitchen and eating area for guest's use, kayaks, row boats, and a paddle board free for use as well as a wood-fired sauna!
The lake is excellent for swimming. It is feet-friendly, shallow, and has no sudden drop-offs. And if you like to hike, fish or BOTH then this is the place for you. There are many nearby lakes that are a short drive/ride and hike away!
Akehurst Lake does not have cell service or wifi. Lights are made possible by a gas generator in the evening. There is only cold running water in the day-lodge sink which is seasonal and depends on if the creek is running. Guests should be comfortable being in the woods and aware that if no one else is there, they will need to light the stove and fridge and operate the generator if needed.

It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled!
We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life.
We are popular for family reunions and specialty gatherings such as card or game tournaments.
Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season.

We absolutely loved this campground! 🥰 It’s incredibly cozy, comfortable, and has such a warm, homey atmosphere — definitely the kind of place you want to come back to again and again.
We felt really bad that we accidentally broke the game net, but the hosts were very understanding about the situation, and we truly appreciate that ❤️
We hope we’ll still have a chance to come back again this season, although it will depend on the weather. But next year, we’ll definitely be back — and this time with our little baby! 🥰❤️

Weekend Trip to Moonraker Treehouse & Cabins
We loved ‘The Eagle’s Nest’. Cozy, cute, clean, and delightfully rustic. Plenty of space for two on the pullout bed, the charcoal grill worked great, and we appreciated the filtered water (well worth the extra cost). The host, Claire, was responsive and kind, even refunding our extra charge after we missed the linen bag under the porch. Perfect for two Alaska girls on adventure. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing stay at John and Michelles place. Beautiful location. RV was fully equipped with everything we needed. They were very kind and shared some vegetables from their home grown patch which were delicious, as well as checking in regularly that everything was ok and telling us about local spots to check out. The electric ferry was charming, very easy to catch back and forth with amazing views. The peace and quiet was just what we needed. We will be back for sure - Thank you John and Michelle!

My little family and I enjoyed our stay! Ren was super accommodating, she was able to pin us a great spot to have a picnic! My dog was able to roam free as well as make a new friend with Ren's dog. We definitely hope to stay again next summer.

Beautiful location! I loved the views overlooking the lake, the amenities, and how private yet close it was to town. I had the whole place to myself and a 10/10 sleep, even with the train nearby. Will definitely come here again if I'm ever back in Salmon Arm!

Deep Creek Cabin is in a good location and Darcy very nice and accommodating. We stayed in a cabin which was lovely, cozy and comfortable. There are compost toilets,
Outdoor shower and sink with h potable water. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Truly beautiful campsite! But I will say the directions were really confusing to the point that we were terribly lost on our way in, AND the next folks to show up also were lost on their way in, so obviously it's a pattern there. I'm surprised this hasn't been addressed. Definitely a re-write of the directions needs to be made up including a visual map.
