Welcome to 7 Sparks Ranch. A Resilient Haven in the BC Interior Nestled in the recovering forests near Kamloops. We are a working ranch and campsite offering a peaceful escape into nature. Our property faced significant challenges from the 2021 Sparks Lake forest fire, but we’re proud of the regrowth and the new life emerging across the land. Come experience the beauty of nature’s resilience firsthand. We raise cattle and chickens, and we’re excited to welcome two new additions to the family: a highland cow and her daughter a highland mini Hereford Cross. Enjoy a relaxing getaway with 7 Sparks Ranch. Consider extending your stay to fully unwind and explore everything the area has to offer. A beautiful creek flows right by the campsite, dip your feet in. You can go for walks or nap under the Aspens! Spring note - snow has been melting and the ground is unthawing - please feel free to send me a message if you have any question about the gravel road. It can be muddy and bumpy while the road awaits its winter repairs. We are one hour outside of Kamloops on a maintained public gravel road, however AWD or 4WD recommended during late fall to late spring. We have no minimum stay but highly recommend two nights. Do not use google maps to find our place - it can be very confusing. Google maps may show coming to our property from Savona but the easiest drive is from Kamloops. Please use the directions that get emailed to you just before your stay. To get here head to the Kamloops airport then follow Tranquille Criss Creek Road. We do not recommend traveling this road in the dark if you are not familiar with it! Wonderfully private! Come give our land some love as it recovers from the 2021 Sparks Lake forest fire. Acres and acres to hike, mountain bike and snowshoe. Surrounded by crown land there is no lack of space to explore and easy access to forest service roads to quad and bike. Many lakes near by for fishing and kayaking. Wildlife galore! There are wild flowers and plants so come forage and explore. Disconnect from the busyness of city life! Coming soon - guided hikes, foraging and information about local medicinal plants and a soon to be Apothecary on site! Detailed directions available after booking!

☀️ A Quiet Mountain Escape Above the Okanagan Off-Grid Retreat • 180° Panoramic Views • Complete Privacy Please note: Guests must bring their own bedding (sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows), towels, and drinking water. This isn't just a campsite. It's your own private mountain retreat. Nestled on 12 secluded acres high above Okanagan Lake, this is a place to escape the noise of everyday life. There are no neighbours, no traffic, and no crowds. Just fresh mountain air, sweeping views, and the kind of quiet that's becoming harder to find. Time moves a little slower up here, and that's exactly the point. Start your morning with a coffee overlooking miles of mountains and the Okanagan Valley. Spend your afternoons reading in the gazebo, exploring the property, or simply relaxing. As the sun sets, gather around the fire and watch the stars appear. With virtually no light pollution, the night sky is nothing short of spectacular. Although you'll feel a world away, you're still only about 20 minutes from a beautiful public beach on Okanagan Lake, making it easy to spend part of your day swimming, paddleboarding, boating, or simply relaxing by the water before returning to your peaceful mountain retreat. This isn't crowded camping. It's your own piece of the mountain. 🏕️ What You'll Enjoy 32-foot off-grid travel trailer Sleeps up to 6 comfortably Queen bedroom plus rear bunkhouse Air conditioning and propane furnace Full kitchen with microwave, stovetop, fridge, freezer, and hot water EcoFlow Delta Pro power station with 400W solar charging Spacious 10×14 covered gazebo with seating and lighting Outdoor soaking tubs filled with fresh well water (available upon request) Fire pit with Adirondack chairs Incredible 180° panoramic views over the Okanagan Valley Complete privacy across the entire 12-acre property ⚡ Off-Grid Without Giving Up Comfort The retreat is powered by an EcoFlow Delta Pro with 400W of solar, providing a quiet, clean off-grid experience without the noise or smell of a generator. You'll still enjoy many of the comforts of home while experiencing life off the grid. Lights, outlets, the water pump, and everyday essentials are all available. The air conditioner works well, but because it draws a significant amount of power, it's best used in shorter periods. The solar panel helps recharge the battery throughout the day, especially during sunny weather, so using electricity thoughtfully helps ensure there's plenty of power for your entire stay. The fridge, furnace, oven, stovetop, and hot water system all operate on propane, allowing you to enjoy reliable comfort while keeping electrical usage to a minimum. ❤️ Why Guests Love Staying Here Complete privacy with all 12 acres to yourself Stunning 180° mountain and valley views Okanagan Lake beaches only 15 minutes away Incredible sunsets and unforgettable stargazing A peaceful, generator-free off-grid experience A chance to truly unplug, slow down, and recharge If you're looking for a place to clear your mind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the kind of silence that's hard to find these days, you'll feel right at home here. Simple. Peaceful. Unforgettable.
