10 acre rural riverfront property 20 minutes west of Merritt BC. Private campsite next to Spius Creek. Separate entrance road. Sunny location. Hiking, swimming ,seclusion. Suitable for tenting or RV. Drinking water available, firepit, picnic table, walking trails, creek access, fishing. Pets OK ...Pitch your tent next to the creek or park your RV on the level site beside the creek. Very private secluded site with no houses in view (property owners' house is far enough away that it will not be a problem). This site is open, has a good view looking south and expect full sun. There are walking paths and good access to the creek. Bring your quads or mountain bikes for the nearby forestry roads. The creek is great for cooling off in the summer. We are 20 minutes from Merritt BC. There is water available at the site and fires ok (if no fire ban in place) Portable propane firepits ok

Pitch your tent next to the creek or park your RV on the level site beside the creek. Very private secluded site with no houses in view (property owners' house is far enough away that it will not be a problem). This site is open, has a good view looking south and expect full sun. There are walking paths and good access to the creek. Bring your quads or mountain bikes for the nearby forestry roads. The creek is great for cooling off in the summer. We are 20 minutes from Merritt BC. There is water available at the site and fires ok (if no fire ban in place) Portable propane firepits ok

I loved this spot! Even thouhh you could see a couple houses in view it felt super private. Right on the water. Beautiful view. Star gazing and rock hounding were fun! My dogs loved being there too.

Firkin camp site, surrounded by nature on a river was soul soothing. Very private and peaceful. Outhouse, picnic table and potable water tap on site. Host and site, a camper’s delight. Thank you, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful and private. Sleeping to the sound of the river flowing and crickets chirping is my idea of the best lullaby. A short jaunt away is a little swimming hole to enjoy on those hot summer days as well. A big thank you to Bryan and Karen for sharing this gem of a spot!!

The site was nice enough, but access to the water was not trivial nor was there a little dock as shown in the photo. It was very windy when I was there so I just camped in my car. Would have been nice to have a bit more communication from the owner as I was unclear on the process of getting the gate opened. By the time I got close to the property to let them know i was there, I lost all reception and then had to backtrack a bit. No one answered my call so I wasn't sure that the gate was open. An email or text confirming that the gate was open would have been appreciated. The privy could have used more TP.

We had a fantastic time camping here! Falling asleep to the sound of the creek was blissful. The wind got quite strong so luckily we had great tent pegs and rock bags! The breeze was quite lovely to chase away the heat though. Swimming in the creek was such a blast! We will absolutely be staying here again. This was such a peaceful and fun stay. Thank you Karen and Bryan!

Very private spot and the hosts very respectful of privacy. Make sure you get good directions as it truly is isolated. You will be by yourself which is exactly what I wanted. Very windy all day. Too windy to put out my awning even a little bit. Could have been the time of year. I would definitely use this spot again. Right smack on the riverside. Lovely!

Awesome secluded spot to camp. It was so nice to swim in the creek and fall asleep to the creek. Our two dogs loved it as well! Highly recommend!

A great spot right on the banks of the beautiful Spius Creek. There are a couple of swimming holes and the water was warm! Great view, clean land, a cute outhouse, and fresh well water. Loved it! Thanks Karen and Bryan!

Wonderful stay! Particularly enjoyed time in the river (bring some floaties for extra fun) and board games at the picnic table (which had an umbrella to get out of the sun). Host was exceptional.

Amazing location! Easy to get to and the hosts have provided an excellent set of instructions on how to get to the property! The lack of cell service helps stay one with nature. The hosts have also provided an amazingly maintained outhouse if needed. Would for sure stay here again in the future!

The site was great with many options to pitch your tent and the directions were clear. My family enjoyed swimming and hanging out by the creek. The outhouse was fabulous and we felt pretty private and safe. The host was really friendly and told us we could come early. Also, the space was more than enough for our two dogs to roam and be off-leash. Overall 10/10

Fantastic spot to stay! We went for two nights with our family that included two young boys. The Outhouse was the best we've seen, the spot was secluded and private, the hydrant hose was perfect for all our needs, the spot included a plastic table for food prep and a wooden picnic table, and the swimming spot in the river was amazing! We swam twice every day. It was a short walk to a secluded Deep River spot and it was so, so fun. The host came to check if we needed anything, and were able to tell us some stuff about the city, and otherwise left us alone to enjoy our weekend. Best hip Camp spot we've found yet we will definitely go back. We recommend 10 out of 10.

We spent a peaceful night at Bryan and Karens Land. In the evening we loved watching Wildlife deer and bald Eagles. There was everything we needed for a nice stay. Even though it was not that easy to find a really even spot for our tent. We especially vote the Camping toilet as the most adorable one we've ever met:-)
