My husband and I attended the IPE in Armstrong this year and this campsite was a great location for this event however the site itself is not as shown is the advertisement. Very little privacy and there was no trees which can be viewed in photos! Also our water did not work as the pipe had broken off! Fine for 1 night but would not recommend for longer.
The space was quiet with a nice view of the farm, but having some sort of bathroom (even an outhouse) is desperately needed with sites that close together and very little cover. Power hookup looked like it was only for RVs, making it pretty useless for tent camping power needs. The sites are RIGHT next to each other, so there is no privacy.

Would be nice to meet the host. I also think putting in a little effort to make it look more welcoming. Perhaps by having the picnic tables in each site not scattered around. Could be leveled out. A little added touch would go a long way.

Beautiful view over field. A little less private than the photos showed and sites are kinda close together but they all have hookups for those who need it. Would have been ideal if could have paid less for no electricity hookup and shared water.

Awesome spot, handy to have the hookups and it was easy to pull into. Cool farm! Clean, quiet and close to town.
Beautiful spot tucked away in the countryside but close to town. It was a great location and we enjoyed seeing the farm animals and lovely view! Having the hookups was excellent too 😊

Super close to Armstrong, the sites are well maintained and easy to park my trailer. The hosts are knowlegable about the area plus the petting zoo is fabulous!

Sunflower Farm
This is on Sarah's land so you get to see all the goats, pigs etc. Right from your campsite. The listing says dogs must be on a leash ( because of the livestock), but about 100 yds down from the campsites is a trail and some land that the dogs can be offleash. Sarah is so nice and very good about answering any questions you might have.

This is our 4 th visit to pink pumpkin. Such a peaceful spot, love visiting the animals, but still so close to town. We will be back next year!
Really enjoyed ourselves at Pink Pumpkin. Nice site, easy to back into with our 26' stem to stern travel trailer. Power and water- very peaceful. Host is very good in getting back to you if you have a question. Had a great looking buck come up to our window on our last morning.
Great location. Quiet and wonderful sweeping views of the farm fields and mountains.

The site was great to stay at while attending the IPE. We were thankful to have a serviced site in the heat! I enjoyed walking down the dirt path around the corn field and sunflowers!
And our dogs enjoyed the walks too!

This is our third time staying here. I love the peaceful setting and how close it is to town, and the host is very kind and accommodating. Will likely be back in September

This campsite was awesome. Peaceful quite friendly clean, couldn't ask for anything better.
IT was so great ... The Family was so Cute and helpful ... We're getting Wood for a fire... Absolut Nice view ... Really quiet, only the animals and thats a good Background music ...
In the morning WE geht the best eggs.

Sarah's land was lovely, cute little family farm that makes your stay a little more interesting. You can sit outside and watch the goats play or the peacock peacocking around!

We love staying at the farm! Beautiful views & cute animals! The sites accommodate our large fifth wheel! Had a lovely peaceful stay.

Stayed a quick night on the Pink farm during our winter road trip. After a lovely night we said hello to all the farm animals in the morning before we left. Right what we needed.
Wonderful location and setup! Peaceful spot in beautiful countryside.
Beautiful, peaceful setting. Hope to return in the summer when the sunflowers are in full bloom. Very friendly animals, especially the cow who enjoys a good ear scratch. Looking forward to a return trip.

What a surprise for us and our doggies to find this wonderful quiet camp site where we enjoyed beautiful views of this area and a bonus to be so close to town . Our doggies throughly enjoyed their many walks around the property. We highly recommend The Pink Pumpkin. Thankyou Sarah!!
