Come camp on a 40-acre parcel backing onto crown land mountains and wake up in front of 10 acres of vineyard and a view of Okanagan Lake! There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from. Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine). Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'. Cabin available for those that want to sleep in a cozy bed and have a warm fire :) Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know! Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Come discover our peaceful farm sanctuary located in Ashton Creek, 10 minutes east of Enderby. Experience the famous Shuswap River "float" which is only a 5 minute walk to the Baxter bridge boat launch, park and community hall. The Ashton Creek convenience store and gas station has all your basic camping needs including ATV gas and propane (also a 5 minute walk). Access to hiking trails including a unique water fall nearby. Mabel Lake Resort, boat launch and Golf Club is a short 20 minute drive. Camping at Olich Creek Farm is unique and family friendly. Most of our rescued farm animals roam the property freely and absolutely love human visitors. Families with children will also enjoy the natural play areas the farm offers including a shallow creek and visits with our chickens and ducks. Your dogs or other small pets are permitted in the camping areas only as our herd is terrified of dogs. There is another large area (about 5 acres) where well-behaved dogs can run off leash. We have one RV site with septic, water and 50 Amp power and can fit a 40 foot unit and 2 totally private tent sites. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay. Should you find that your desired dates are already booked, please reach out to us as we may have a back up spot available. Please keep in mind we are an organic farm homestead that offers an agritourism experience. There’s always something going on—we’re a working farm, so it’s a little rustic and a lot authentic. This isn’t a Pinterest-perfect farm — it’s real, with imperfections and a work in progress. We can only accommodate fully contained units at this time. You’re just 5 minutes by car from Canoe Beach and downtown Salmon Arm, and only a 5-minute walk to Setters Pub and Northyards Cidery if you want to keep it local. If you're looking for more options, we're happy to share some recommendations! What else? • Propane fire pit and tank rental: $45 per stay, with refills available for $40. • Tent rental: We have a 2-person tent for $20 if you want it for your stay. Please pack it up when you leave, and let us know if anything gets damaged. • Campfires: We’re allowed one campfire on the property at a time (local regs), so if someone’s already there, don’t be shy — it’s communal. Heads up: Being right off Hwy 1 means it can get noisy with traffic sometimes. If you're a light sleeper, just a heads up. Here, you’ll see chickens, geese, goats, sheep, and two friendly farm dogs roaming around. The dogs can be a bit rambunctious at first—our white pup is still full of energy, while the black dog is older and more chill. Both are harmless and love making new friends. There’s always something going on—we’re a working farm, so it’s a little rustic and a lot authentic. This isn’t a Pinterest-perfect farm — it’s real, with imperfections and a work in progress. We can only accommodate fully contained units at this time. You’re just 5 minutes by car from Canoe Beach and downtown Salmon Arm, and only a 5-minute walk to Setters Pub and Northyards Cidery if you want to keep it local. If you're looking for more options, we're happy to share some recommendations! What else? • Propane fire pit and tank rental: $45 per stay, with refills available for $40. • Tent rental: We have a 2-person tent for $20 if you want it for your stay. Please pack it up when you leave, and let us know if anything gets damaged. • Campfires: We’re allowed one campfire on the property at a time (local regs), so if someone’s already there, don’t be shy — it’s communal. The cabin was cute and cozy, with a warm indoor stove to keep the place warm. Lots of space with one mains bed and two small beds up top. We were there in October and we had the area to ourselves which was great, but it seemed the camping spot and Teepee were quite close to the cabin.

We were a group of 6 in 2 camper vans and a truck tent and the site by the gazebo was great. We enjoyed the views and got to wake up to horses grazing in the pasture. There was lots of space, it was flat, and there was a campfire ring right there. Good group camping spot. Ken was also so friendly and helpful. Such a great host. Charlie (the dog) came to visit as well, so we got to enjoy his company each day too. Would definitely stay here again!

Camp 1 handled our Class B. I rented both sites and our friends were introduced into Hipcamping using site 2. Their trailer a small to medium size fit easily there with a drive through setup. The two camps are closer together for RVs but further apart of tents campers. The camp property is a very short drive on a large dirt road. It is located at a 600 foot elevation above town, we decided not to ride the bikes to town due one rider uses a three wheel bike which needs more space. The condition was OK but could be checked for trash we try to pickup what was there. It was great having access to water being that this was our fourth stop on this trip. Great to be in the country with a sea of grapes and lake in you front view. We did see and hear turkeys and other wild life. The gate needed to be opened and closed it could use a tune-up.

We are proud to offer a wide range of accommodation options to make your stay just right. The birth of Chute Lake started approximately a century ago. The combined population of Kelowna and Penticton was a mere 7,000, and the First World War was just wrapping up. A bustling new sawmill on the shore of Chute Lake had a crew of hardworking loggers thinking it was time to build themselves a place to sleep and eat. Raw materials certainly wouldn’t be an issue, located in the middle of a forest. The crews worked all day turning trees into logs. Soon enough those logs were being hauled from the mill and up a gentle slope to the proposed location of the new bunkhouse. A few years later, the Kettle Valley Railway would arrive, and the mill and freshly built bunkhouse would take on additional roles. It served as a water stop for the steam engines that pulled the passing trains. Enterprising mill workers would even sell some of the large fish they pulled from the lake to the dining carts. These were the formative years Chute Lake Lodge. Cabins have been added and in the 1980s, the central lodge building nearly doubled in size. The restaurant was added with lodge rooms above. The railway that ran directly in front was converted into one of the best cycling paths in the province.
