We have eight RV specific campsites (up to 40ft x 25ft) plus overflow camper and tenting spots. Our property spans 19 beautiful acres with panoramic lake views, located just minutes from historic downtown Salmon Arm. The foreshore trail runs below the property which is great for walking or biking through the bird sanctuary and over the boardwalks Each site includes a picnic table and a wood-burning fire pit (for use when permitted). Guests also have access to a communal outdoor kitchen area with a dishwashing station, fridge, barbecue, and smoker. Potable water, a washing machine and hot showers are included in the nightly rate. We provide clean porta-potty toilets. Trash removal is the responsibility of each guest. The sites are natural and mostly level they are not manicured. All campsites are easily accessible and offer amazing lake views. Canoe Beach Park and its boat launch and sandy beach are just a short 10-minute drive along the lakeshore and the downtown pier and boat launch is a 5-minute drive. We have eight RV specific camp sites up to 40ft x 25ft deep plus overflow camper and tenting spots. We can accommodate RVs up to 25ft in length . Your camp site will be designated upon arrival. We are situated on 19 beautiful acres with panoramic lake and mountain views and only minutes from downtown Salmon Arm. All sites have one picnic table and one wood fire pit for use when permitted. We have a communal outdoor kitchen area with a dishwashing station, fridge, barbecue and smoker. We also have potable water, washing machine and hot showers which are all included in the nightly rate. Every campsite is easily accessible and all have amazing lake views. We provide clean porta potty toilets. Trash removal is each guest’s responsibility. The sites are mostly natural , level and not manicured. The Canoe Beach Park and boat launch is only a short ten minute drive along lakeshore. Downtown and access to the downtown pier and foreshore trail is a five minute drive. Come enjoy an unforgettable experience in beautiful Shuswap Salmon Arm. We are constantly working to improve our hip camp your suggestions are welcome.

The site had amazing water views, beautiful sunsets, and phenomenal amenities including a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with smokers, bbqs, sinks, a fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, multiple outdoor dining areas, laundry, shower, the list goes on! The hosts were super friendly and easy going. 10/10 recommend for a unique and fun camping experience!

We loved camping here! We were the only campers and it was so peaceful with a gorgeous view. The amenities are fantastic. Nice warm showers and a cute cooking area. Even though we didn’t use it, it looked like it had everything you could need! I would definitely camp here again. Thanks Takis!

Lovely site over looking the lake. We arrived a bit late so didn’t get to explore the immediate area which was regrettable . Showers not very obvious ( I could have asked but had been swimming in the towns lovely recreation centre earlier and didn’t need one ). The town looked interesting and to have a lot to offer. As had been commented on before the railway track runs below the site with long trains passing frequently through the night - which was atmospheric but a problem for a light sleeper like me

Awesome place with a lot of great hospitality. There is 3 BBQ grills, two sinks, two large showers, an electric bug buzzer, you name it! The only thing is that the washrooms are pit washrooms, but other than that, the view, nature all around you... it will be the best campsite you'll ever visit!

I loved our camping area, which was such an awesome experience in one of the best locations in Salmon Arm. It's pretty secure, close to the beach, has an awesome facility, and the owner is so responsible. I definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.

The campsite itself has amazing views when not shrouded in wildfire smoke. The amenities such as shower and kitchen are outstanding. The washrooms are just clean porta potties - women’s washroom does not lock. Lots are decently spaced but a bit short in length. If you have a big RV - may not be the best for you. The campsite is right by a train track - it was quite loud and woke our toddler a few times which was frustrating. We didn’t realize how close it was otherwise we would have reconsidered due to having a baby and dog. Didn’t get a chance to meet the host - however briefly spoke with him when we arrived and told to pick a site. Wish the host was around as there was a group of campers having a campfire - during a fire ban and being enveloped in heavy campfire smoke….

We really enjoyed our stay with Takis. Takis is a very attentive and accommodating host. The property is well laid out, and Takis ensured our quiet time needs were accomodated. There were several others onsite, and it was an inclusive respectful community for two women and dogs. Takis helped with some minor vehicle assistance, which was much appreciated. Felt very safe at this camp.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hosts were lovely and incredibly responsive, the showers and common area were well maintained, and the views are amazing. Not to mention you are 10 minutes from everything (beach, go karts, downtown, winery, etc.). That said, the site might not be ideal for tent campers. The sites themselves are a little rocky and the train is very close (it comes through consistently all night and is fairly loud). Fortunately, we are deep sleepers.

Our stay here was amazing! The people here were super friendly and helpful. We had forgotten the power bank for my mums sleep apnea machine and when we asked if it was okay for us to leave our car on idle all night to power it they offered us the use of extension chords to power it instead. So kind! They also had the cleanest Porta potty I have ever been in! I also really loved how you need a pass code to get into the site, made me feel super safe. The campsites also have an AMAZING view! You should come stay here and see for yourself it's very beautiful. I thought the price of the site was super awesome as well, super affordable! And they offer more amenities than some other camp sites I've stayed at who charge more! So this really felt like such an awesome deal and experience. There were some wasps but once the sun started to go down they vanished, and they didn't really bother us to begin with which I was surprised about. There was also a train track just below the site between us and the beautiful view (it didn't block the view, I actually never SAW the trains I just could hear them). There seemed to be a train every couple of hours, which happened to line up with my babies feeding schedule. No one else in my camping party woke up when they passed so the trains were obviously not very loud and didn't effect our experience. :) An overall very positive experience and I definitely would recommend a stay here!

Great location, very secure and close to town for access to everything. Large flat sites with lovely Lake view. Awesome big outdoor showers! Be warned the trains go by frequently, so might be an issue for light sleepers, but didn't bother us!

Takis responded to a late night request and immediately sent the location. Got us settled quickly and showed us the amenities. Beautiful view of the lake! There is a train track that runs down below so we heard the sound of the train a few times but overall it was a great experience for the short time we were there!

We had a really great experience at this campsite. We arrived quite late at night, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. The place itself was beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. It was such a nice atmosphere to wake up to in the morning. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again.
