Robyn is an exceptional host! She has a gorgeous farm to camp on. I loved the walk about as she explained her crops. We had farm fresh veggies and berries for dinner and breakfast… we purchased fresh eggs and a jar of pickled eggs as well. We would absolutely camp here again!!!

CaloWarren farm is an inviting, beautiful spot! Robyn and Ted are extremely kind and hospitable. I loved the cabin we stayed in, very cozy and quiet and the beds are very comfy! The animals are so sweet, great around kids and very well taken care of! I would recommend this place for anyone who loves animals and camping!

Everything went well, my kids didn't have one complaint except when we had to leave haha.
They are so welcoming, didn't feel like we were staying on a strangers property. It was a good mix of camping and farm life, kids got to feed bottle lambs and collect chicken eggs and even help with some farm chores ! They had lots for the kids to do between play ground and toys. We lucked out and there was a litter of baby bunnies that they could snuggle each day. My daughter and her friend washed off in the troff after playing in the mud pit, they said it was like a spa haha. We got rained out one night and stayed in their cabin till dry and that was so nice ! They have the inside set up to sleep 6 and we were able to sleep 7 comfortably. They also have a washroom with a working toilet and running water which is a luxury when camping, especially when you got kids. Robyn and her husband were go go go but would be there the second you needed help or had a question still, very accommodating. We will definitely be back and excited to see what else they have added for the kids to do, and maybe new babies on farm.

This was such an adventurous experience! My daughter (5) and I camped here for two nights this long weekend. Robyn & Ted were fabulous and very welcoming hosts. We were given the grand tour of their property to meet the various animals on the farm, helping to feed many as we went along! The farm is also developed into many gardens on cascading hills with various annuals perennials fruit and veg mixed throughout. Robyn was a wealth of info about all that has been planted. My daughter’s fav event was splashing around in the mud pit and the bubble bath in a (clean) trough. Embracing the mud in the pit is a must after we had a good rain storm! This is luxury car camping with a flush toilet out house and running water for washing hands and access to potable water from well house for cooking and drinking. We stayed in the red barn shaped cabin with friends the one night and it’s stunning! Sleeps many with its two loft beds and main floor bed. Playing at the mini playground, zipping on the zip line and hanging with the animals filled our days. It’s a highly recommended location to stay at for anyone wanting to experience the hobby farm life, where kids get to be outdoors, helping with feeding chores, handling some of the animals and get to just be a kid! Thanks so much! We will be back, with more family in tow! :)

Stopped for an overnight spot in between destinations and it turned out to be a highlight of the trip. Kids absolutely loved it and so did we. Robyn is a gem and her farm is spectacular. Our kids got to experience so much and we all learned a ton. Between the animals and garden they spent their evening and morning exploring and learning. Would go out of our way to stop here again. We were all sad to leave and would have stayed more nights if we didn’t need to get to our next destination. This is exactly what we hoped a hip camp stay would be, blows camping at a park out of the water. Great place to recharge and reconnect.

My teenager daugther’s and I camped for a night. We arrived late and were met with s warm welcome and choices of where to camp. It was so peaceful that night! In the morning we went for a coffee at the farm store front, had amazingly tasty treats made by our host, and delicious coffee. Then my girls met the goats, ducks, chickens, rabbits, dogs and cat, and had a blast. They talked about how great their morning was on the drive to Prince George.. We really had no expectations, and we just wanted a pit stop on the way
north, and we were met with an engaging stay and kindness. I highly recommend staying.

What a perfect spot to stop for the night with the family! Spacious and comfortable for setting up our tent, with the added convenience of potable water and a flush toilet just steps away. The highlight of our stay was strolling through the garden and picking fresh vegetables for dinner. Lettuce, carrots, zucchini, beans, peas, basil, and potatoes. With raspberries for dessert. The kids loved the variety of outdoor activities, from the zip line and swings to the disc golf course, and especially the petting zoo with pigs, rabbits, and goats. The hospitality was outstanding, and we truly felt welcomed. This will be our go-to place whenever we pass through Quesnel.

Robyn was very friendly and flexible. Her garden is a fairytale garden tucked into the woods. We picked super fresh veggies for our dinner … she was very generous. She and her son even set up our fire pit for us. The bathroom is clean and convenient. We enjoyed the animals! Would stay again 👍

What a beautiful spot! Thanks to Robyn and Ted for sharing their quiet oasis, where the only noises are the pit pat of duck feet (and nature!) Make sure you try Robyn’s delicious baking and fresh brewed coffee, I recommend skipping breakfast and heading straight for her little cafe.
Oh, and besides the awesome humans, there are lots of cool critters ❤️

Robyn is a gem of a human- hospitable, kind, welcoming, and stewarding a beautiful piece of land for people, animals, and plants to all coexist. I had a peaceful stay and was very grateful to be able to stay in the cabins during the rainy days. Her and her husband have a great vision for the land and I hope that all goes well with fixing up the cabins and providing a space for people to recalibrate and reset their nervous systems!

Friendliest people I've met on my travels thus far- immediately was greeted by Robyn & Ted and their dogs (who are the absolute sweetest pups). Being around all the animals recharged my battery. I felt right at home, it was perfect.

Robyn's farm is so delightful! The gardens are beautiful, and all of the animals are friendly. I loved the welcoming committee of dogs of all sizes, followed by Robyn's son and then Robyn. I really appreciate Robyn's passion for small-scale, regenerative farming and her interest in sharing that with others. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent experience! Robyn was very, very kind, nice and thoughtful. She even had ice cream and puppies!! Beautful farm with a great area to camp. Picnic table included. We did a little walk along the road around dusk and it was lovely. We had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again!

Robyn and Ted were such great hosts we went twice! Beautiful spot with loads of animals and fun things for kids to do. There are roosters and dogs that make noise in the night and early morning so this a lively farm which was perfect for us as we were on our way through town each time to far away destinations that required us to get up early. There are chickens, goats, bunnies, dogs, and pigs! We highly recommend this spot!

Our family loved the many hospitalities the kind hosts and the beautiful landscape! The farm had puppies and our son spent most of the time laying with them. They even had a zip line and a swing set! The host even allowed our son to feed the animals! It was an incredible experience that we would recommend for all.

We were traveling by motorcycle and picked this spot to be off the beaten path. We were greeted warmly by Ted in the driveway as we came in and directed to our gorgeous lush grassy camp site with a picnic table, surrounded by a garden. There was a chicken yard at one end of the property and the goats, sheep and pigs were at the other end with their 2 (very friendly) guard dogs that live in the animal pen. We had a cute outhouse, fresh water from the well, and wonderful conversation with both Robyn and Ted. We were given a tour of the property and enjoyed snacks and coffee in Robyn’s adorable roadside store. They advised us on a nice day trip to Barkerville and took walks through the forested neighborhood. They were always available to chat and tend to any needs we had. After such a terrific time we decided to extend our stay one more night! Thank you Robyn and Ted for an amazing experience and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Camping at Robyn’s place was great! We could choose from several spots where to park our RV. Our kids loved the farm animals, the puppies and Robyn’s dogs and would have loved to stay longer! Robyn is a very nice and helpful host, the place is quiet and a small paradise for anyone who loves animals!

Robyn was a lovely host! The camp area is still developing but we had our choice of level grassy places to park with our rooftop tent. Our family thoroughly enjoyed all the farm animals and Robyn showed us all of them even though we only had a short stay with short notice. The bathroom facilities are currently adequate for tenting and once completed will be awesome! We will definitely return when we are in the area. The garden area and large property in a rural setting is very peaceful! It is a working farm so roosters and dogs are doing their job with some crowing and barking to alert but all part of the experience 💗
