In the winter months, there is ice fishing, sledding, snowshoeing, ice climbing, and the waterfalls are spectacular when they are frozen!

There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from.
Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine).
Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'.
Cabin available for those that want to sleep in a cozy bed and have a warm fire :)
Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!
Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries.

We have eight RV specific campsites (up to 40ft x 25ft) plus overflow camper and tenting spots. Our property spans 19 beautiful acres with panoramic lake views, located just minutes from historic downtown Salmon Arm. The foreshore trail runs below the property which is great for walking or biking through the bird sanctuary and over the boardwalks
Each site includes a picnic table and a wood-burning fire pit (for use when permitted). Guests also have access to a communal outdoor kitchen area with a dishwashing station, fridge, barbecue, and smoker. Potable water, a washing machine and hot showers are included in the nightly rate. We provide clean porta-potty toilets. Trash removal is the responsibility of each guest. The sites are natural and mostly level they are not manicured.
All campsites are easily accessible and offer amazing lake views. Canoe Beach Park and its boat launch and sandy beach are just a short 10-minute drive along the lakeshore and the downtown pier and boat launch is a 5-minute drive. Come enjoy an unforgettable stay in Beautiful Shuswap SalmonArm.

Camping at Olich Creek Farm is unique and family friendly. Most of our rescued farm animals roam the property freely and absolutely love human visitors. Families with children will also enjoy the natural play areas the farm offers including a shallow creek and visits with our chickens and ducks.
Unfortunately due to a few incidents where campers did not follow the leash rule, we are no longer permitting dogs on the farm. Cats on leash will be accepted.
We have one RV site with septic, water and 50 Amp power and can fit a 40 foot unit and 4 totally private tent sites. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay.
Should you find that your desired dates are already booked, please reach out to us as we may have a back up spot available.
Please keep in mind we are an organic farm homestead that offers an agritourism experience. We are not a manicured campground :) Your camping fees go directly to support our aging farm animals and horses. We also offer firewood for sale $10/bundle. (Please check if there is a fire ban)

The property is still a bit rugged—we’ve just moved here and are looking to generate some revenue to help fund improvements. Firepits and picnic tables are provided at each site.

It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled!
We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life.
We are popular for family reunions and specialty gatherings such as card or game tournaments.
Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season.

We absolutely loved this campground! 🥰 It’s incredibly cozy, comfortable, and has such a warm, homey atmosphere — definitely the kind of place you want to come back to again and again.
We felt really bad that we accidentally broke the game net, but the hosts were very understanding about the situation, and we truly appreciate that ❤️
We hope we’ll still have a chance to come back again this season, although it will depend on the weather. But next year, we’ll definitely be back — and this time with our little baby! 🥰❤️

The site is beautiful. Great for several days get-away. Secluded in a natural setting by the lake. The road is a bit rough to access the site but manageable. We had trouble with our GPS but Justin was very helpful to direct us. Not suitable for a really big rig but wonderful for smaller units. Definitely recommend.

We stayed 4 nights at Cept Ranch with two units on one site. The road in is near off road quality, but the 1/2 hr very slow trip in was done easily enough with the 25ft trailers. The site is well maintained, quiet, and pretty. You are sharing the area with free range cattle, who use the pond for a drink a few times a day. They didn't bother us, other than a few Pasture Plops here and there. We did some ebike riding, and our privacy was respected by our host. The somewhat confusing access instructions have apparently been updated.

Private site large enough for more than one camper. 1/2 hr trip in from nearest road if you go very slow. We took two 25 ft trailers in. Road is one step above off road in places. Very quiet. Host was responsive. You share the area with open range cattle who also respected our privacy😊 when coming to the pond for a drink. We ebiked some on local trails.

Nice "camping style" park. Water and electricity, no sewer at sites. Quiet. Golden is a cute town with several good restaurants. It is located between Yoho and Glacier NP. Easy drive to Lake Louise. Close enough to Banff and Revelstoke. We had a great stay. Clean restrooms and shower.

This is our second time at Cept ranch and again the stay was wonderful for an off grid campsite, quiet, picturesque. The logging road in is rugged, but way better than the last time we drove it. Justin the host is fabulous.

We only stayed for one night last minute and so glad we did. Lovely quiet campground, we were the only ones there! We got up early and made use of the (free) kayaks and it was the most perfect morning on our trip. Thank you so much for your lovely hospitality and having us stay!
Tip to those coming- bring bug spray for the mosquitoes! We were glad we came prepared :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay by the river, the new bathrooms and showers were great. Super handy location with Dutch Lake just a 2 min walk away for swimming.
Had a black bear wandering round the campsites on a couple occasions which is to be expected next to a river and on the doorstep of a national park.

We loved it here. We were welcomed and shown around and made to feel very at home. We were able to wander the whole site and meet all of heathers animals. Had a lovely peaceful night and slept well.
Before we arrived Heather was super helpful keeping us updated about wildfires etc.

The best thing about this site is its close proximity to Ainsworth Hot Springs, the end of the parking lot basically. It is also a very nice, quiet place to camp.

We had a great stay on Sarah’s land. The property was peaceful, clean, and a perfect place to relax after a long day of travelling. Sarah was very friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Family friendly, with lots of activities. The hosts are constantly working around the property and everything is very clean and well maintained. Fun boat launch just down the road. Will definitely come back !
