Nice "camping style" park. Water and electricity, no sewer at sites. Quiet. Golden is a cute town with several good restaurants. It is located between Yoho and Glacier NP. Easy drive to Lake Louise. Close enough to Banff and Revelstoke. We had a great stay. Clean restrooms and shower.

Electrical , showers, laundromat , private sites and an active paragliding and hang glider field nearby. Very exciting to watch the pilots airborne flying and landing their craft.. Went up on a tandem paragliding flight with Hugo and thoroughly enjoyed myself. An amazing experience and a good spot to visit

It was a good camp site. View is amazing. Host was helpful. Cleaning lady was keeping it clean as much as she could. Someone was keep stealing the toilet paper and broke the toilet seat which was very inconvenient specially with kids. The only down side for me was that Sani dump was out of order for our entire stay.

We wanted to be in the Yoho/Banff area, without the hassle of chasing NP campsites. Golden Riverfront was a great option. Within an hr of many great spots in 3 parks, Kootenay as well. We got to see the Paragliding nationals which was something to watch in between hikes in Yoho. Yes there are mosquitoes, yes they bite. Thermacell or bug spray does the trick to keep them away. No worse than most spots in MN and should be expected if you are camping in a real campground like Golden Riverfront.

It was a great place to camp. Contrary to other reviews, there was hardly any mosquitoes there just later at night. I think they sprayed the grounds. There was lots of parasailers there it was beautiful to watch. The staff was very accommodating and the bathrooms were very clean with hot water.

We drove through the Mount Revelstoke National Park on our way to Enderby. We mainly visited Vernon and Kelowna, and their surroundings. Next time it would be worth to also make a stop at the Mount Revelstoke!

Revelstoke mountain
Great service and not crowded like other ski resorts. Reasonable lift price tickets also which was a bonus.
Unfortunately had to utilise medi rescue on the mountain and could not fault them !
