We have eight RV specific campsites (up to 40ft x 25ft) plus overflow camper and tenting spots. Our property spans 19 beautiful acres with panoramic lake views, located just minutes from historic downtown Salmon Arm. The foreshore trail runs below the property which is great for walking or biking through the bird sanctuary and over the boardwalks
Each site includes a picnic table and a wood-burning fire pit (for use when permitted). Guests also have access to a communal outdoor kitchen area with a dishwashing station, fridge, barbecue, and smoker. Potable water, a washing machine and hot showers are included in the nightly rate. We provide clean porta-potty toilets. Trash removal is the responsibility of each guest. The sites are natural and mostly level they are not manicured.
All campsites are easily accessible and offer amazing lake views. Canoe Beach Park and its boat launch and sandy beach are just a short 10-minute drive along the lakeshore and the downtown pier and boat launch is a 5-minute drive. Come enjoy an unforgettable stay in Beautiful Shuswap SalmonArm.

Come discover our peaceful farm sanctuary located in Ashton Creek, 10 minutes east of Enderby. Experience the famous Shuswap River "float" which is only a 5 minute walk to the Baxter bridge boat launch, park and community hall. The Ashton Creek convenience store and gas station has all your basic camping needs including ATV gas and propane (also a 5 minute walk). Access to hiking trails including a unique water fall nearby. Mabel Lake Resort, boat launch and Golf Club is a short 20 minute drive.
Camping at Olich Creek Farm is unique and family friendly. Most of our rescued farm animals roam the property freely and absolutely love human visitors. Families with children will also enjoy the natural play areas the farm offers including a shallow creek and visits with our chickens and ducks.
Unfortunately due to a few incidents where campers did not follow the leash rule, we are no longer permitting dogs on the farm. Cats on leash will be accepted.
We have one RV site with septic, water and 50 Amp power and can fit a 40 foot unit and 4 totally private tent sites. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay.
Should you find that your desired dates are already booked, please reach out to us as we may have a back up spot available.
Please keep in mind we are an organic farm homestead that offers an agritourism experience. We are not a manicured campground :) Your camping fees go directly to support our aging farm animals and horses. We also offer firewood for sale $10/bundle. (Please check if there is a fire ban)

Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine).
Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'.

Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!
Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Located in the north Okanagan 5 minutes from Armstrong and 15 minutes from Vernon. We recently bought this charmingly rustic old farm property and are in the exciting process of bringing it back to life. Our address is 1945 Otter Lake Cross Road, Armstrong.
It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled!
We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life.
We are popular for family reunions and specialty gatherings such as card or game tournaments.
Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season.

Recommend arriving before dark so you don't complain in a review how hard sites are to find at night ;-) If you are looking for fully serviced campsites where the outhouse is closer than 250m, then please carry on!
The KVR trail is the access to the property from the northend. From HWY 33 South, take the turn (West) onto Tuzo Main Road (about 7km's south of Beaverdell), then cross the wooden bridge over the Kettle River and take the first left onto the KVR trail (a long, straight flat gravel road) and follow for 1900meters. Mostly wide enough for one way traffic only, so please be patient and mindful of trail users on bikes, quads and vehicles. Access on the KVR trail from the south can be variable, check ahead.
After driving down the KVR right of way about 1.2km, you will arrive at the farmhouse gates - there you will see a little sign for the campground on the tree, so keep going down the right away. Once you go another 600m or so, you will come to a homemade sign with an arrow pointing you left. Turn there and then make a quick right turn then follow the road. You will come to the large tree with a picnic table and two blue barrels marking site #10. Sites 1, 2, 3 ,4 are over at the river, the other RV sites 5, 6, 7, 8, can be any where around site 10 or in the loop.
I can always bring the lawn mower over to cut the grass and weeds, just get a hold of me.
We currently have 5 RV/Tent sites currently about 100m from the river. There are currently picnic tables with blue umbrellas for sites 1, 3, 4, 10. There is a small white table and chairs for site 2.
RV's sites include sites #4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 - I can add many more RV sites. Just need to cut the grass/weeds.
Fishing, hiking, exploring, bring your quads, dirt bikes. There's plenty of roads and trails ... Even a secret honey hole fishing spot not far away but that's hush hush only locals know about this gem. A camper told me recently he saw a massive fish (16+ inches), likely a rainbow in the Kettle.

Enjoyed the wine tasting with Ramona. We spent two nights camped in the vineyard, and although we were at the upper limit for RV size, they worked with us to find a great spot to tuck into. The area offered easy bike riding and beautiful sunsets. The valley smoke was a little rough, but that's certainly not something our host could control. The patio area is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the evening.

We took a July 27 til July 31, 2026 stay and we were so disappointed in ourselves for not booking a few more days ……
This place is a gem, you are greeting upon arrival to a private gated property, that once you get past the gates, a charming older home greets you
Driving a little further we were greeted with , roosters, hens, ducks, all kinds of birds waddling around the huge aged trees and cute pond…..
But wait, you might have to stop to let the goats and sheep run into their huge barn and gated surrounds …..as our RV headed towards our campsite, low and behold , the most beautiful horses were nestled right on back of our campsite ……
The owner Heather is a delightful soft spoken lady , actually all the family is just wonderful……kind , and very generous…….
Across from our campsite, a gated area of the most lush Garden of vegetables are growing ….pumpkin, squash, zucchini, melons, etc …..
Keep driving down the property lane and you come across the tented campers nestled in the pastured field all spaced apart for private camping ……with huge trees and trials

My family went camping on Upper5 Farms and had an amazing time. Deborah was very responsive to questions. The spot was stunning, the horses and donkeys hung out while we had our morning coffee and the barn owls sang to us in the morning. It was relaxing and an amazing stop. Would recommend Deborah's farm for those that want to have a quiet space with stunning views.

The farm is an authentic working family oriented farm. All the animals are clearly loved and cared for so you experience a true farm life when staying here. Heathers suggestion that we book the “RV site” was perfect for our Grandchildren (age 2&4) because they were able to watch and interact with the animals more. Heather and her family are truly authentic hard working people who love each of the rescued animals. The kids enjoyed picking zucchini with Heather and feeding apples to the horses and corn to the cows. A campsite they will always remember with fond memories. What a great spot & location on the Naramata Bench!
This place is very private & unique, providing peace & quiet with a breath taking view of the lake.
What an awesome place to set up home base!
Deborah & Ted were awesome hosts- they always made sure we had everything we needed but also gave us our space.
The added visiting of the donkey & horses was great + you can hear them ever so often, which is pretty cool.
We would definitely book again!
The only thing I would note, is if you are tenting or outdoor camping, there are not any trees around the campsite, so make sure you have some manmade shade- it can get very hot!
