Harper Creek Road and Harper Creek Criss cross one another as you drive through the valley. The ridges either side of the road are largely timbered, whereas the valley floor is productive land. The large property is located towards the end of this no-through-road, almost at the end of the line. While the property has dual access from both Engle Rd at the top camp; Harper Creek Rd, we enter from the valley.
Camping on the top block is also available for 4WD vehicles only and not suited to large caravans.
Campers are required to be self-contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Campfires are welcome in the fire pits with firewood provided or BYO.
The mid-1900’s cottage sits in an idyllic setting, framed by the trees. The cottage is not yet available for Farm stays but will be soon. The location, vegetation and topography provide the privacy, the fauna & birdlife (the Bellbirds) combine to provide the solitude. Harper Creek cuts through the front corner of the property where it is met by a minor creek that drains the high country.
You want more … how about a total of 115 acres (46.42 ha). While it is predominantly well-treed, it does have some cleared camping opportunities. It is watered by the creeks and one dam. There’s a great camping site at the top of the block, with a fantastic view!
The property is off Aherns Rd, close to the village of Conondale and mid-way between Maleny & Kenilworth. With good access to the freeway via either Maleny or Kenilworth.… a perfect bush camping spot in a perfect setting!

Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle.
Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm.
Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast.
We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily.
If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours.
Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well.
Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants.

We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny.
Fantastic restaurants in Montville.
We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival.
We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time.
How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire.
4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks.
Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

Due to new council regulations, we can no longer camp directly near the creek edges as we did before. Our campsites have now been relocated to higher ground, offering beautiful views of the creek. The creek entrances are accessible within 50 to 300 meters, depending on the path you choose.
Unplug and unwind at our 22 acre camping paradise nestled amongst the rolling green hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Listen to the babbling water sounds of Scrubby Creek and the Mary River that meandering through the perimeter of the property for over 1 kilometer. Stroll through our mini rainforest, paddle in the creek or have a dip in one of the many rock pools. We will even let you build as many rock towers as you like! Throw an inner tube in the creek and float around while the kids laugh and play all day long. Let the kids dig holes or fossick for the perfect skimming rocks, ride bikes or play endless games on the beautiful landscaped grass. Plenty of trees to put up that hammock or soak in the creek with views overlooking the wilderness. Sit back and gaze at the starlit skies while the kids roast yet another marshmallow on the campfire. Snuggle up during winter and cool down around the rainforest in summer. Abundant wildlife, lots of kangaroos and wallabies, koalas and beautiful birds everywhere.
Please be aware that weekends are family times and do get busy with extra people. During the week it is very quiet and you could have the whole place to yourself. Sites are allocated on weekends based on numbers, if you are in caravans or tents and if you are camping with children.
We have 12 large grassy sites nestled amongst trees located at the higher part of our property. Each site is large and can allow group bookings. Loads of space for tents, camper trailers, caravans or motorhomes. The camping sites are close together however there is loads of areas to set up along the creek during the day.

We are located just 35 mins from Caloundra and 45 from Maroochydore. We are close to Australia Zoo, Ewen Maddock Dam, Maleny and Glasshouse Mountains. Enjoy mountain walks and cycling.

Access to the property involves crossing a dip and a causeway . This track is almost always accessible by 2WD. Contact us regarding crossing conditions before your stay during wet weather.
Toilet facilities are not available and bush toilets are NOT permitted. Campers must bring their own camping toilets and take all waste when they go. Harper Creek Road and Harper Creek Criss cross one another as you drive through the valley. The ridges either side of the road are largely timbered, whereas the valley floor is productive land. The large property is located towards the end of this no-through-road, almost at the end of the line. While the property has dual access from both Engle Rd at the top camp; Harper Creek Rd, we enter from the valley.
Camping on the top block is also available for 4WD vehicles only and not suited to large caravans.
Campers are required to be self-contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Campfires are welcome in the fire pits with firewood provided or BYO.
The mid-1900’s cottage sits in an idyllic setting, framed by the trees. The cottage is not yet available for Farm stays but will be soon. The location, vegetation and topography provide the privacy, the fauna & birdlife (the Bellbirds) combine to provide the solitude. Harper Creek cuts through the front corner of the property where it is met by a minor creek that drains the high country.
You want more … how about a total of 115 acres (46.42 ha). While it is predominantly well-treed, it does have some cleared camping opportunities. It is watered by the creeks and one dam. There’s a great camping site at the top of the block, with a fantastic view!

Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm.
Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast.
We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily.
If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours.
Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well.
Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants.

We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny.

We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival.
We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time.
How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire.

Unplug and unwind at our 22 acre camping paradise nestled amongst the rolling green hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Listen to the babbling water sounds of Scrubby Creek and the Mary River that meandering through the perimeter of the property for over 1 kilometer. Stroll through our mini rainforest, paddle in the creek or have a dip in one of the many rock pools. We will even let you build as many rock towers as you like! Throw an inner tube in the creek and float around while the kids laugh and play all day long. Let the kids dig holes or fossick for the perfect skimming rocks, ride bikes or play endless games on the beautiful landscaped grass. Plenty of trees to put up that hammock or soak in the creek with views overlooking the wilderness. Sit back and gaze at the starlit skies while the kids roast yet another marshmallow on the campfire. You drive through the grid and a peace descends as you take in the sights of this lush horse property. Situated in the Hinterland between Maleny and Kenilworth, the property is approx. 60 acres of timbered pasture, with the Mary River as the boundary. There is plenty of natural bushland and the river to explore or for quiet contemplation listening to the sounds of cows, sheep, goats and chickens in the distance for those who wish to spend a quieter time with us. Behind us is the Bellthorpe Range for 4WD, bushwalking, mountain biking, or riding your own horse. There's fishing under the Conondale Bridge, 10 minutes away and if you want to drive a little further north on your way to Kenilworth, there's a variety of State Forests and National Parks to enjoy. Kenilworth hosts quite a lot of festivals, including the Kenilworth Rodeo, so it's country living at it's best. In the opposite direction is Maleny, a trendy town, with lots of day visitors and coffee shops up and down the street. If you come in May, there's the Maleny Show and there's always historic places to visit along the escarpment with magnificent views down to the Coast.
PLEASE NOTE: FISHING IS BANNED IN THE MARY RIVER FROM 1 AUGUST TO 1 NOVEMBER ANNUALLY AS THIS IS FISH BREEDING SEASON. We (and the fish) appreciate your understanding and co-operation.

Our beautiful property is perfectly situated on the Sunshine Coast. We are 20 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes off the Bruce Highway.
We have two sites available:
PLEASE NOTE - no check-ins on Christmas Day. Must check in before or after 25/12/2025. Thank you.
Site 1: Powered site with a raised hardstand and access to a rainwater tank.
Site 2: Grassed site without water or power.
(Power can be made available via extension cord by prior arrangement for an additional $10 per night. You will need to supply your own extension cord -20m)
Property Features:
• Private sites with access to the dam and rainforest creek.
• Access to the property is secured by a remote-controlled front gate.
Registered LAND FOR WILDLIFE property.
There are NO ABLUTIONS OR ABLUTION DISPOSAL FACILITIES available on the property. All campers must have their own toilet facilities and take their waste with them when they leave.
You can keep your van or car on the property safely while you head off to explore all the amazing sites of the Sunshine Coast:

Our farmhouse is privately located on the property, away from the campsites.

300 private acres at the head waters of the Mary River, Sunshine Coast Hinterland. We value our privacy.
After the Floods We have worked hard to make a new causeway across Kilcoy Creek to the property that accommodates all vehicle types. We look forward to welcoming back campers.”
All sites are on flat ground and are located just 30 meters from Kilcoy Creek which has several swimming holes with crystal clear water.
We have 1.5km of crystal clear water frontage (on the Kilcoy Creek) with swimming holes & fish stocked dams (Perch). Abundant wildlife, kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, and amazing bird life from Wrens to Wedge Tailed Eagles. 60% rain forest and 40% grazing. Property is organic and has had no chemicals used for over 30 years.
We only permit people 18 years and over to stay here so
No children there are too many farm risks. No toilets so BYO self-contained only. We have a
no drone policy.

Welcome to our beautiful campground, nestled along a 450m stretch of the picturesque Mary River!
Our campground offers a long stretch of flat land, making it an ideal destination for both large and small groups of campers. With plenty of shaded sites available, you can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings while staying cool and comfortable. There's also ample space for recreational activities like cricket, footy, flying kites, or leisurely walks.
The property is filled with the delightful sounds of nature, from wallabies to a variety of birds, with the charming chime of the Bell Bird and laugh of the Kookaburra resonating through the trees. Positioned near the river's origin in the hinterland, the river is a habitat for the platypus, Mary River Cod, and other native animals, including the critically endangered White-throated Snapping Turtle.
One of the highlights of our campground is its proximity to the river. You'll have easy access to one of two river access tracks, just a short stroll away. As you approach the river, you'll be greeted by the soothing shade provided by the surrounding trees.
The river itself offers a diverse range of experiences, from calm and shallow areas perfect for kids to play safely, to exciting rapids and refreshing rock pools for adventurers of all ages, with water depth varying depending on seasonal conditions.
For those who love water activities, our campground offers a fantastic opportunity for kayaking along the river. Explore the winding waterways, immerse yourself in nature, and discover the hidden gems that the river has to offer. It's an experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and connected to the great outdoors.
As an added bonus, our working farm is home to delightful pygmy goats that freely roam the property or can be found in their enclosure. These charming little creatures may come by to say hello during your stay, adding a touch of whimsy to your camping experience. It's a unique opportunity to encounter friendly farm animals right at your doorstep.

Other Things to Note
Access to the property involves crossing a dip and a causeway . This track is almost always accessible by 2WD. Contact us regarding crossing conditions before your stay during wet weather.
Toilet facilities are not available and bush toilets are NOT permitted. Campers must bring their own camping toilets and take all waste when they go. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF YOUR CONTAINERS/TOILET FACILITIES PLKEASE MESSAGE US FOR CONFORMATION. A BUCKET IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS IT CAN BE BLOWN OVER SPILLING CONTENTS.
Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits, based on weather conditions. Firewood is available for $15.per bag this is in the shade shelter with the fire pits if there isn't one at your site. We would appreciate if you could return your bags pls.
Generators are permitted, we ask that these are turned off by 8pm for the comfort of other guests and our neighbours across the river.

Ali & Jo have a great, open block with sites that are somewhat partitioned off from the main house and the other campsite allowing privacy during your stay. They met us at the gate & then allowed us to enjoy the serenity of the creek while we were there. Good location, close to the Sunshine Coast & perfectly set up for those that have their own amenities. Hope to come back again!

A beautiful quiet spot. We will definitely visit again.
We also visited Crystal Waters bakery which is just around the corner (in the middle of nowhere) for some fantastic Pizza on Friday night.

We have a young family and this site was incredible. It was picturesque, particularly on dusk. The horses were beautiful, and such a hit with our 3yo. Rob, the host was great and very accommodating. Really good location within close proximity to attractions on the Sunshine Coast.

We loved the privacy of this campground. Beautiful paddock with trees surrounding and a running creek. We spent our time relaxing, watching the resident wildlife, including an azure kingfisher. . The campsite was shady, clean and big enough for a small group, if wished. 15 minutes up to Maleny.

This is truly one of those "WOW" places; it’s magic, peaceful, and perfect in every way. Chris and her husband were incredibly welcoming and lovely hosts. The creek is just a few steps away and perfect for a refreshing dip, and having the horses nearby added such a beautiful touch to the scenery. I highly recommend Conondale Valley Farm to anyone looking for a magical getaway. We will definitely be back!

I cannot recommend this place enough for dogs, and a few friends. Very beautiful spot, plenty just down the road to do, plenty of bush to explore. Can just let your dogs free and roam, Jacqui is just amazing and will help out with anything. Fire pit, plenty of wood, fire starters hammocks, table already set, she has really thought of everything. Must go and will be back.

Hinterland Eden is a perfect example of what peaceful, quiet camping is all about
We enjoyed the lovely mowed paddock with the resident family of magpies, campfire evenings and a good mix between sun and shaded areas.
Trish was a great host, friendly and attentive.
The location is excellent, five minutes to the lovely town of Palmwoods, 20 minutes to Maroochdore.
We can't wait to return.
