The Tewantin ferry is only about 15/20mins for access to Noosa North Shore and Rainbow Beach (4WD for beach driving). The Eumundi Markets 10 mins drive. We have a few options to choose from, shady areas or open sunny areas overlooking the dams. All sites have easy access, will suit self-contained motorhomes/caravans and campers who have own amenities and leave no trace, We do have a dump point and also a couple of port-a-loos available if required. The three sites offer a peaceful place to stay overlooking a small dam. Wake up to the sounds of wildlife and even a passing by wallaby or two! The property has designated fire pits per site. You must be fully self contained with either your van, kombi or caravan. We only expect from our guests that you leave no trace behind. When you arrive over the old iron bridge you will see a gate and signage on the left. We have three sites available to book. Site 1 looks west towards the family home but further enough away to feel private it overlooks the dam and has the most space for larger caravans or motor homes. Site 2 looks East and faces away from the family home. Site 3 Is nestled under the trees and overlooks the creek. All sites sit on an area of approx 1/2 Acre and can be rented seperately so you may have neighbours depending on bookings. For families with young children we have a dam and a creek so it is your responsibility to ensure that your children are supervised around these water sources. Please consider this when making your booking. Our policy is no noise after 9pm and we ask that sites be left in the same state as they were on arrival. The property is Located close to the heart of Eumundi you can take a nice stroll up the lane, enjoy a camp fire (fire pits provided for you), relax under the stars, enjoy the many cafes and restaurants with just a short 4min drive and of course the world famous Eumundi Markets is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. There are plenty of cleared open areas as well as a mix of lightly treed and native vegetation. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main lake that offers great swimming. Site five overlooks the lake and opens into a private bush area. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore. The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. There are fruit trees and veggie gardens and chooks around the house paddock. The balance of the land is either grazed by our small herd of cattle and our 2 donkeys or set aside for regeneration. Tent site and RV/campervan site on grassed area with power and water available. Under cover parking for campervan or tent setup is an option alongside the living area and amenities. Facilities include equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, benchtop convection oven, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils as well as plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Bathroom with hot shower and a bathtub for parents with children. As we are on tank rainwater, we request that guests conserve water usage. Compost toilet is accessible up a few stairs. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. There is wildlife around like kangaroos, wallabies, echidna and many bird species so no pets are permitted on the property. Fires are permitted in the designated Firepit provided. This has been a highlight for guests so far. Bring your own firewood or buy along the road nearby. Guests are asked to respect the quiet environment. We’d appreciate no loud music or voices from 10pm to 7am. There is a neighbouring property behind the shed and our bedroom is within range! When you book you are booking the entire camp facility. It is yours to enjoy, relax, unwind, or catch up on some rest. Please advise ETA so we can greet you on arrival and show you to your campsite. It's best to arrive before sunset to select your camp spot and set up and to enjoy the sunset views! Private land with resident owners in main house situated approximately 100m from camp site. Owners maintain permaculture gardens for self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables. Mobile phone reception is patchy but internet via WiFi is available.

Once you have gone past the gate, the neighbours house is to your left along the fence line. Keep driving down the driveway; you will see an avenue of Camphor Laurel trees. Camp site 1 is to the right of the trees on the flats of the front paddock. You will also see a fire pit. We are now a working hobby farm and have animals free ranging on the property. During the day you can enjoy a walk through the pine forest, and in the afternoon experience the incredible sunset vistas from our hill or from the luxurious outdoor bath. By night, sit by the firepit and gaze up at the stars while listening to the sounds of nature on the fig tree swinging chair. The outdoor bathtub is available for hire for the evening with prior notice, and will come with beautiful dried flowers, natural bath salts charged at $60 per use. We recommend our guests bring swimmers for the bath. During your stay you will have access to our outdoor shower and composting toilet with a view. These facilities are shared by 1 other person or if another camper stays, and we kindly request that our guests are mindful of water consumption as we are on tank water. Connection of power and water is an option for extra. Our campsites are also dog friendly as we love having your fur babies visit! However if you are bringing your furry companions with you, please ensure they are friendly with other dogs, kept on a lead and supervised at all times, as our baby chickens and miniature pigs like to explore during the day along with my dog who will constantly want to be around. Ready to explore outside the Farm? We’re just a short drive to Eumundi, Pomona or Cooroy for cute shops and markets, or venture 25 minutes to Noosa for a day at the beach and a variety of quality restaurants. I live onsite in another area of the property, but will be available for any questions or help. It does have excellent internet/reception if needed.
