We have a variety of animals which are behind high fences, and are very unique and spectacular to look at especially at feeding time where you can get a good look at them up close.

During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings.
All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding.
Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek.
We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres.
We have 1km of creek frontage.
The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them.
It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots.
There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle.
This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower.
Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits).
The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure.
Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation.
The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more.
We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section.
Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

We ask that you please take all rubbish with you on departure and leave the area as you found it. All camp sites must be left in the same condition as you found it absolutely no litter of any kind. Messy campers will be reported to Hipcamp. Under no circumstances place any rubbish in any of the rubbish bins along Reeves Road as our neighbours are very unappreciative of this.
All this is just 5 minutes from Imbil and Kandanga where you can find everything you need for a great camping trip.
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times and must not disturb other campers.

The sites are level pastured camping areas with lovely trees providing good shade alongside the river. We have tried to preserve the natural ecosystem on the river bank so it is heavily wooded and largely untouched.
The total area for camping is approximately 500 metres with only four sites spaced far apart to ensure plenty of space and privacy. Each site has very easy access to the river, via a couple of tracks.
You can enjoy swimming and kayaking in the river. Fishing is welcome when permitted but must be catch and release only. There is plenty of wildlife to see, especially for bird watchers: kingfishers, parrots and birds of prey as well as platypus, air breathing lungfish and Mary River turtles.
Access is 4WD or AWD only.
In severe weather the Mary River can flood. Be prepared to leave in extreme weather.

Our camping ground is in Amamoor in the beautiful Mary Valley.
It was once the local cricket pitch , so is a lovely flat spot to camp, with a mountain view to one side and our creek bordering the other 3 sides.
It is within minutes drive from the Amamoor General store so supplies are never far away.
It has easy access off Moorehouse Gully Rd and is fully fenced from the road.
Upon discovering the Mary Valley, we found our farm and fell in love with the views, the mango plantation and the gorgeous nearby villages.
Our property was once a pineapple farm and was part of a much larger property owned by the previous owners for over 60 years.
The Mary Valley Rattler steam train is a great addition to the history of the area and stops at our local village of Amamoor.
Amamoor has the village Green Cafe opened from Wednesday to Sunday and also is where the Rattler stops for refreshments on the weekends.
On Saturday afternoon you can visit Dagun station down the road for a wine tasting and find fresh produce at the station market.
With Kandanga village 10 minutes away, the Country Club and the Kandanga Hotel, a refreshing beer, a good meal and even a game of bowls is not far away.
Cycle the rail trail , kyak the Mary River and check out the State Forest and all its trails, there is so much to explore.
Cooran Brewery with live music Dingo Creek Winery a bit father on , and the coast only 50 minutes away, come and explore our wonderful part of the world.

Directions into our Property-
Once you have turned into Uhlmanns road; the bitumen will turn to a dirt road. Look on your left - we are the second driveway on the left. it is gravel and dirt and goes up a small hill to the farm gates which will be open.
Once you have gone past the gate, the neighbours house is to your left along the fence line. Keep driving down the driveway; you will see an avenue of Camphor Laurel trees.
Camp site 1 is to the right of the trees on the flats of the front paddock. You will also see a fire pit.
We are now a working hobby farm and have animals free ranging on the property. If you wish to bring a pet, please ensure they are bird/ animal/ dog friendly.

"Hideaway Camp" is located down a slight incline to privacy. This site is perfect for couples, families and small groups. Creek access is via an embankment and the water is suitable for paddling.

During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings.
All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding.
Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek.
We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres.
We have 1km of creek frontage.
The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them.
It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots.
There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle.
This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower.
Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits).
The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure.
Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation.
The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more.
We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section.
Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

Messy campers will be reported to Hipcamp. Under no circumstances place any rubbish in any of the rubbish bins along Reeves Road as our neighbours are very unappreciative of this.
All this is just 5 minutes from Imbil and Kandanga where you can find everything you need for a great camping trip.

The sites are level pastured camping areas with lovely trees providing good shade alongside the river. We have tried to preserve the natural ecosystem on the river bank so it is heavily wooded and largely untouched.
The total area for camping is approximately 500 metres with only four sites spaced far apart to ensure plenty of space and privacy. Each site has very easy access to the river, via a couple of tracks.
You can enjoy swimming and kayaking in the river. Fishing is welcome when permitted but must be catch and release only. There is plenty of wildlife to see, especially for bird watchers: kingfishers, parrots and birds of prey as well as platypus, air breathing lungfish and Mary River turtles.
Access is 4WD or AWD only.
In severe weather the Mary River can flood. Be prepared to leave in extreme weather.

Our camping ground is in Amamoor in the beautiful Mary Valley.
It was once the local cricket pitch , so is a lovely flat spot to camp, with a mountain view to one side and our creek bordering the other 3 sides.
It is within minutes drive from the Amamoor General store so supplies are never far away.
It has easy access off Moorehouse Gully Rd and is fully fenced from the road.
Upon discovering the Mary Valley, we found our farm and fell in love with the views, the mango plantation and the gorgeous nearby villages.
Our property was once a pineapple farm and was part of a much larger property owned by the previous owners for over 60 years.
The Mary Valley Rattler steam train is a great addition to the history of the area and stops at our local village of Amamoor.
Amamoor has the village Green Cafe opened from Wednesday to Sunday and also is where the Rattler stops for refreshments on the weekends.
On Saturday afternoon you can visit Dagun station down the road for a wine tasting and find fresh produce at the station market.
With Kandanga village 10 minutes away, the Country Club and the Kandanga Hotel, a refreshing beer, a good meal and even a game of bowls is not far away.
Cycle the rail trail , kyak the Mary River and check out the State Forest and all its trails, there is so much to explore.

Once you have turned into Uhlmanns road; the bitumen will turn to a dirt road. Look on your left - we are the second driveway on the left. it is gravel and dirt and goes up a small hill to the farm gates which will be open.
Once you have gone past the gate, the neighbours house is to your left along the fence line. Keep driving down the driveway; you will see an avenue of Camphor Laurel trees.
Camp site 1 is to the right of the trees on the flats of the front paddock. You will also see a fire pit.
We are now a working hobby farm and have animals free ranging on the property. If you wish to bring a pet, please ensure they are bird/ animal/ dog friendly.

"Hideaway Camp" is located down a slight incline to privacy. This site is perfect for couples, families and small groups. Creek access is via an embankment and the water is suitable for paddling.
Each site has a firepit as camping just isn't camping without a fire. 🔥(Or "bush TV" as we call it!) Firewood is available for purchase.
Ask us about our Camper Trailer for hire. Includes setup and pack down, so you can come straight from work or home and get into your relaxing camping break immediately. BYO queen bed linen, pillows and towels.
We allow pets 🐕 "off-lead" and offer pet sitting for a small fee per hour.
We very happily welcome groups and celebrations and are available to assist where possible. Portaloo hire, 9x3m gazebos, generator, rubbish collection etc.

We are located within walking distance of the Eumundi township, and just 20 minutes to beautiful Noosa Main Beach and 30 minutes to Mooloolaba Beach.
Our property sites on 3.5 acres beside the Bruce Highway making this campsite a very convenient stopover for travellers as well as those wishing to explore the Eumundi region.
You will be within walking distance to the Eumundi township where the world famous Eumundi Markets are held twice a week.
Camp firepits are available for that outdoor camping feeling, telling tales and drinking ales! We have a fabulous social space and bar filled with memorabilia, classic cars and amazing tales of adventure.
You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. There is access to rubbish facilities.
The property can be accessed by 2WDs and there is plenty of space for your caravan, motorhome or pop up camper. The local septic dump point is within 6 km, situated beside the Bruce Highway, with plenty of water to top up your tanks.

What a beautiful campsite—we absolutely loved our Easter at Kurrajong Meadow. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with endless flat grass for the kids to play cricket and kick the footy. The creek is just a short 2-minute walk along a lovely path; while we skipped a swim this time due to recent floods, we’re already looking forward to a paddle next visit.
Kev and Tan were wonderful hosts—so responsive and thoughtful. Tan kindly organised a portaloo for us ahead of time, and Kev greeted us on arrival and checked in throughout our stay. The pre-arranged trailer load of firewood waiting for us was such a convenient touch. The kids also had a blast riding on the farm buggy with Kev to feed the cows, and we were even surprised with Easter chocolates and fire colour changers.
We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much, Kev and Tan, for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Beautifully maintained and private campsite site for fully self sufficient campers. Huge area which was more like a well maintained park with lovely convenient creek access. Kev was a great host who popped down to check if we needed anything and supplied a very generous tub of firewood, which lasted our 2 night stay. Absolutely recommend this camp for people who enjoy privacy and lots of space, all within 20 mins from the town centre of Gympie.

I picked a great spot next to the creek, lots of shade, a stone fire pit and you're allowed dogs, which I took advantage of. My dogs loved it. Lots to smell! There are 3 spots right next to the creek and the others are back in the bush a bit. We were far enough away from the other campers that it felt private enough. Went for a creek walk, creek is very rocky and slippery and not deep enough to swim but deep enough that you could lay down and cool off. Overall a pretty good campsite.

We had a one night stay at Maya Nature Park and I couldn’t recommend it more, beautiful campsite and we were lucky enough to get in on a quiet weekend so we had the majority of the campsite to ourselves. It was an awesome experience having the friendly cows coming up to our campsite to say hello, amenities were clean and tidy, nice hot showers with good water pressure, clean flushing toilets. The best part though that made my whole trip out there, my partner mentioned in passing that it was my birthday to Lucas and a few hours later we were sitting by our fire (Lucas provided the wood with a smile), he and his partner came over for what we assumed was a chat but they stopped for a moment before reaching us to light a birthday candle on a cupcake his lovely partner baked just for me and they sang happy birthday to me, it was amazing and you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. You don’t find people that nice and thoughtful anywhere so if you’re second guessing booking Maya Nature Park you’re making a mistake, we love getting out Kenilworth ways for a couple camp trips a year and Maya Nature Park will be our go to spot going forward 🙏🏻🙏🏻

This place was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. First time out there and with a quick call to Shane all my queries were answered with ease. The space between other campers was amazing a big plus for us. Quick wonder into the bakery, pub and dairy ment no cooking for the weekend. Easy access via the park for a dip in the river was a definite plus as well. Beautiful property, we’ll be back for sure, hopefully for a longer stay.
