We have lovely, flat grassy sites with direct access to Yabba Creek, a tributary of the Mary River. The creek has water flowing in it all the time and there is a big lagoon at the back of the property, so whilst it's technically called a creek... it is more like a river with permanent water. This place is great for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. Most camping spots are flat and grassy, making them great for caravan access.  Guests need to have own amenities and leave no trace.  Dogs permitted on a leash at all times. Children must be supervised at all times. Campfires permitted in a designated area when restrictions aren't in place. Bring your swimmers and enjoy camping by the water!

We had a 12ft van - was a beautiful shady flat area - drive through - grass was mowed and tidy Very serene and quiet only one other camper well away from our site Thank you for sharing your land with us

Loved camping here. View was beautiful, big campsite and amazing creak. We booked for silky oak but got upgraded to the creek view. Super happy with the camping stay. Definitely would recommend booking here!

We had the best time. Lots of space and privacy, very quiet and secluded. Bill was super welcoming without being in our space. We stayed with little Kids and dogs and the space was just perfect for it. We would love to come again!

We took our van for a night at Bills by the Yabba , was easy to find and easy to park set up , was peaceful and private. The kids had a great time down the creek in their canoes and riding bikes around, thanks Bill.

This camp was very neat, quiet and secluded. Lovely views and scenery. Bill and his family are friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Ghosted after 5 hr drive

I booked and paid , drove 5 hrs to destination, to no one there , upon speaking to next door neighbour he informed me he had Bill K phone number , when I texted I then got message Bill doesn't know anything about it and then i sent messages on his contact messenger only to be ghosted . After about 2 hours of waiting and still no contact I was exhausted, and it was getting dark and needed to find somewhere else for the night . Neighbour informed me probably good thing as it floods Bill would have put me , and after being there waiting for a response I don't think as solo traveller I would have slept well ... very freaky experience. I did ask hipcamp for refund but they informed me it was up to host . Still waiting for refund Definitely would not recommend.

Bill was very friendly and accommodating. It rained one of the days and our guests weren’t able to get out of the site due to wet grass and mud. Bill came over with his tractor and pulled them out, and kindly did the same again the next day

Yabba Landing was a beautiful spot for the Aust Day long weekend. Very green, quiet & we had many swims in Yabba Creek. Bill is a very friendly host & we will definitely be back.

Creek view is a nice quiet and secluded spot that is only a short walk down to the creek where you can swim, go kayaking, paddleboarding or just chill. Bill is a really nice bloke too. Imbil is only a 5 min drive with a couple of good coffee shops, a pub, bottle'o, shops and an IGA. I would definitely recommend this spot and will be back.

What a wonderful and peaceful stay! Bill was so friendly and shared his extensive knowledge of this lovely place. My favorite part was swimming in the creek and waking up to see the wallabies outside our campervan. Having a nearby toilet was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place. I can't wait to return; thank you, Bill.

Overall we had a great experience. Close to the creek. Great fun with canoeing and swimming. The camp site was private with trees around, but you are close to other houses and properties and as such you can hear them during the day and night.

A lovely camp site overlooking the creek & surrounded by trees. We were welcomed on our arrival and shown where to go. The site is yours while you are there and the trees form a natural barrier to the house and the other camp area, so you have plenty of privacy. It’s a short walk down the track to the creek & there was plenty of water for a swim or a paddle. Fire would is available. Town is a short drive & the bakery makes the best vanilla slices. There are plenty of places in town to sit and enjoy your slice or you can choose to return to the shade of the camp

Such a beautiful place to set up camp, right beside yabba ck. Bill is an absolute gentleman and we totally enjoyed our 3 nights, Thank you sir for sharing with us a small part of your beautiful acreage.

This site is very small and 10meters away from property owners house. It is not private and there isn’t much to do on the property other than visit the creek. The creek is stunning however the lack of space, privacy was off putting. Multiple disturbances during the night with random cars driving in and out of the property very late into the night. Directions to the property were unclear.
