Peaceful 5 acres lots of trees on one half , cleared on the other with a huge dam, with lily pads a wharf, great place to chill back ,watch all the wild birds, ducks, cockatoos, hen birds, spoon bill birds, whistling ducks, Galahs, Rosella's, rainbow lorikeets, king parrots, Magpie Geese, Kangaroos, Goanna.
We also have sheep, goats , chickens, turkeys, which the kids can feed in the afternoons.
We are only 5 mins away from the Ferry to Fraser Island, 10 mins to Hervey Bay, with its Esplanade , bike, & walking trails, also there is dog friendly beach's.
Great place to stop, and rest before Fraser Island, we are dog friendly, but must be kept on leash at all times.
We have power available if needed, but that is $10 extra a night in cash paid to us.
If possible we prefer check ins before dark.

The Ridge traverses the entire length of Evergreen. From the ridge you have views in all directions.
We have a beautiful large dam, where our Dam campsite is located,
that is home to turtles, water dragons and birds.
We also have the Beachy River campsite
which
is only accessible by 4x4 vehicles and walk in campers.

Hidden Camp Farm Stay is a mixture of beautiful Aussie bush, wandering horses, donkeys, chickens and geese. Honda the family dog came down for a visit as well. The camels were a little shy while we were there.
Callan, Leah and their helpers are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We had a unpowered site, plenty of room for our vehicle and camper trailer.
Lots of space and privacy to camp whether you are, after sites up near the big barn, down near the dam or up on the grassy hill. There are two Tiny Houses as well, set out in the bush.
Amenities are clean, potable water available.
Highly recommend Hidden Camp Farm Stay, a place to destress, back to basics, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to just stop and regroup. Listen to the cicadas of a night-time, being welcomed in the morning by the wandering donkeys.
It is exciting to see how much work has been achieved in the 6 months, Callan and Leah have been at there Glenwood property. Cannot wait see what you guys do in the future!

My family and I loved camping, we were with our 1-year-old baby. we stayed in the place with energy and that of course facilitated our stay. the fact that we had the kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle and etc. is wonderful. in addition the bathrooms are always clean and there is a shower with hot water. we hope to return soon . Calan is super kind and communicative and tries to understand in the best possible way, we are Brazilians and English is still a barrier for us and he was super kind.

Great spot, not too far off the main road yet lots of peace and quiet. We loved the natural bushland setting and especially the wandering menagerie of friendly animals.
Callan and his team of friendly helpers have done wonders with the place since they've been there and it will only get better.
We've already recommended it to many people and hope to be back.

Celebrated hubbys 30th & couldn’t have picked a better place. Animals were a hit, toilet spotless, owner even did extras for the kids. Camp kitchen & shower while under construction are better than most places already. Owners have so many plans and we seriously can’t wait to keep coming back & seeing what they do with the place.

I stayed at Hidden Camp for a week over Australia Day and honestly, it was incredible. Proper switch-off, back-to-basics, breathe again kind of place. Peaceful, quiet, birds everywhere, no traffic noise, no planes, just bush and space. It feels like you’re miles from anywhere, even though it’s only about 30 minutes drive north of Gympie. The farm animals were such a joy, camels, donkeys, geese, ducks, horses, mini horses, chickens, plus a very confident rooster. The drop toilets were genuinely clean, the potable water tasted great, hot and cold shower, and everything just felt well cared for without being overdone.
Australia Day weekend was such a vibe. Live music with a fantastic singer, thong-throwing comps, relaxed friendly energy without feeling crowded at all. Even with loads of campers coming in, everyone had heaps of space and privacy. Easy access for cars, vans, and caravans, plus extra areas for four wheel drives if you want. Your choice of places to camp - near the dam or up on the grassy green hill. It feels like the middle of nowhere but without the hassle of getting there. I loved it, I fully decompressed, and I will absolutely be back.

Hidden Camp what a beautiful place to visit and stay. From the ample opportunity to pick your camping spot, swimming at Donkey Dam, roaming horses, donkeys, camels etc. Love that there is the option to part take in the events that they put together such as live music, BBQs, movie nights it really is the one stop spot for everything and the owners Callan and Leah are fabulous nothing is ever to much trouble for them hands down the most genuine owners you would come across at a camp ground. Well done guys and we will be back for sure.

Hidden camp has not long opened and has some grand plans. Considering how long they’ve been opened they done a great job. There’s a few port-a-loos around the place, a shower block, camp kitchen and a communal barn. There are all still works in progress however it’s going to be amazing.
Plenty of room, some cute and cheeky animals. And a few dams throughout.
I can’t wait to see what they do out there!

Hidden Camp is like that prime fishing spot you want to keep to yourself, but also want to experience with your family and friends.
The hosts were amazing, friendly and courteous. The check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The camping areas were clean, with many options to choose.
The highlights of the trip include;
- experiencing the farm animals up close, including feeding and petting them.
- feeling of old-school camping, sitting in the Aussie summer heat and humidity, listening to the cicadas singing, as the animals lazily wander nearby.
- sitting around a campfire at night, watching nature light up the sky with an awe inspiring electrical storm.
- enjoying staring up at millions of stars.
I highly recommend this place to anybody that likes camping, whether it is in a tent, RV or 4x4.
Our family is already planning our next trip.

We had a fabulous time in our caravan on a powered site at Hidden Camp. The owner Callan was very friendly & helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.
We had no other campers near by, the property is so well set up in the way everyone is far apart. We felt like we were the only family camping. The kids explored everyday, went swimming in the dam, kayaks were a great hit too. We played Lazer Tag at night with other campers and had marshmallows around our own firepit.
The highlight for us city people were the free roaming animals, Camels, Donkeys, Horses, Foals, Cows, Ducks, we had a lot of fun petting them and learning all their names.
We will definitely return to Hidden Camp and would highly recommend others to book in.
Hidden Camp has powered sites, non powered sites and also self contained Tiny Homes.
