Basic, quiet and peaceful

A bit of a different place. Just a patch of cleared forest/bush area off the road. But it was very peaceful. Only one or two cars passed over the two nights. Good area for a camp fire and plenty of wood to forage. About 30 minutes out of Gympie and no problem in a 2wd Hiace. Handy for going east to Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach.

Peaceful, quiet and very relaxing. Admittedly we were underwhelmed on arrival but came to realise it's all part of the charm. Elevated position surrounding by trees with a truly unique vibe, nothing to do but read a book and enjoy the tranquility. Just what we needed for our two night getaway, only 20mins out of town. Thankyou.

Perfect location for your off grid adventures! Less then an hours drive any direction to see the beautiful landscape of Gympie, Maryborough, Rainbow beach and more! Plenty of area to park motorhomes or camp!!

Site is definitely off grid and more suitable for smaller vans and trailers as the ground is hard and rocky. Perfect for an overnight stay only in my opinion. Host was easy to talk to and accessible.
