The property thrives with a spring-fed stream cutting through it, fresh well water, several huge gardens and fields that are transitioning to all organics, chemical-free lawns, two large man-made ponds and large farm buildings being designated for multipurpose workshops and studios. The barn is being remodeled as a huge rec hall and gathering area. The property is used for entertaining, recreational games, garden dinners, family reunions, concerts, homegrown foods (and beverages), chemical-free herb and vegetable gardens, and guest relaxation.
Schierman Springs is a nearly 40 acre farmstead that has been in the family for four generations. It has grown from very few trees since being purchased by the Schierman family in 1916, to thousands of trees and wildlife habitat galore.
