Take a ride on a rope swing and plunge into the cool waters of Blue Hole just outside of Wimberley. Rent a tube and wind lazily down the famous Guadalupe River. Or head to Inks Lake State Park, where you can take a boat ride out on the lake or hike over to Devil’s Waterhole for a refreshing swim. This is a great location to set up camp, with 22 cabins to choose from. Camp and swim at Krause Springs, located just outside of Driftwood. This 115 acre property holds an amazing 32 springs, with several feeding right into a man-made pool. Both primitive tent campers and RV campers are welcome. Had enough of summer?
