This is a 200 year old farm filled with life. There are well groomed areas and other more wild areas. We are on almost 13 acres of land that attracts all forms of natural wildlife. In addition, we have alpacas, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, a cat and chickens. There is a beaver pond on the lower property. Each site includes a place to sit and eat (ie. picnic table), fire pit and just breathtaking views. Campers can drive into and park at their site. Each site is separate and private from other sites. We are 15 minutes from Highland Mountain Bike Park We are 15 minutes from BankNH Pavillon (concerts) We are 15 minutes from The Weirs in Laconia (Bike Week) We have two outdoor showers that are very rustic and open and the water is the temperature of the surrounding air (bring a bathing suit or something to shower in, there is no privacy fence at this time) This is an active farm that has an operating butcher shop on the premises. We have a farm store offering a variety of items for sale including eggs, honey, rubs and much more. There is a microwave available to the campers in the farm store as well. Each site will be given a bundle of fire wood on the house, additional wood is for sale. You are welcome to participate in farm work. Coffee (from a local NH roaster), tea, hot chocolate and potable water (from the faucet) will be available daily. We are a farm family with young children so large and rowdy or drinking parties are very heavily discouraged.

Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is bathhouse with two toilets and two vanities as well as a shower with changing room. Potable water is also available from a spigot at the bathhouse. There are over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. We are located in the heart of the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region with countless cultural, and recreational opportunities just minutes away. We hope you will come for a visit and learn to love our farm and community as much as we do.Learn more about this land:Shaded Brookside Glen is a private, stream side, level, pull through site for a small RV, trailer, or tent. This is the private campsite we developed on our farm several years ago for when my wife and I need a little getaway, but don't have the time to travel. Shaded Brookside Glen is a level, mowed lawn surrounded by mature trees and bushes. Dry camping only, but a nice composting outhouse is easily available nearby. Water is available from the year round trout stream, but drinking water must be carried in. Shaded Brookside Glen has a picnic table, a metal fire pit, and limited fire wood is supplied. The drive to the site is across a grassy, mowed, well drained field, but can be effected by long periods of rain.

Weekend Trip to Camp Ebb and Flow

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor. If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe. There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back. Really great site! It was quiet during the week however the weekend tenters were loud with music and talking to each other. Next time we will definitely choose a site away from them and in a more quiet place in the park. Beautiful campground however and staff Very friendly.

Weekend Trip to Spacious Skies French Pond Campground

Spacious Skies French Pond Campground was family friendly, lovely, well-organized and welcoming. There was terrific communication at every step of the way. The pond was lovely and it was quiet. The sites were spacious and ours was wooded, had electric, sewer, and water on each site, lots of sites near wooded areas. The Lakeview site was more like a short walk from our site to the pond, but the pond and beach area was substantial, set up well with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, kayaks, on the beach. It was truly peaceful and joyful with lots of kids playing. There was an issue with the sewer at one point at a neighboring site that was resolved promptly. We left having made friends and having booked a return within a month.

Celeste and her staff were stellar, welcomed and greeted me by first name🌻 I’ve stayed at the Austerlitz location and clearly-the SS Camping Family has high standards of service!

Walnut Grove had clean campsites and restroom facilities. Our daughter loved the Jumping Pillow (like a big trampoline) and we all enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly.

The second we pulled into ebb and flow we were welcomed by Jeff and Jill, the property is gorgeous, very very well maintained, the bath house is brand spanking new, Cool little swimming hole in Brook, tons to do in the area, CHEAP fire wood, could not have asked for a better weekend and better hosts!! Thanks Jeff and Jill, see you again soon!

We had a wonderful time at Ebb n Flow. Jeff and Jill are wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fun and enjoyable stay. The other guests were friendly and we enjoyed getting to know them as well. The property is beautiful and close to so many fun things to do. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jeff and Jill for accommodating us, my boys said it was the best camping trip ever!

4 nights at Camp Ebb and Flow

This campground is extremely well-maintained with a beautiful view of a surrounding mountain. Jeff and Jill came out to greet us and were extremely friendly. I noticed they greeted every guest that arrived. :D We talked with them quite a bit and found out just how much work they have done since they purchased the property in 2016. There is a beautiful brook running through the property, with funny, creative signs around every corner. Our site was mostly shaded, especially in the afternoon, when it was needed the most - and right next to a hookup for electricity, sewer, and water. They also had a fast wifi connection - although we tried to be off our phones, since we were trying to get away from the craziness of the world. The BATHROOM with a Shower is Top-Notch! We have been using HipCamp for 5 years and have been to more than 20 locations across the US. This is the BEST bathroom and shower we've ever used. It's not only clean, but downright adorable! I've never taken pics of a bathroom before. LOL - this one I did. We would definitely go back again, if we're in the area!

7 nights at Camp Frogginton

This campground was beautiful - wide open space with some shade and access to a water hookup. The water is from a local spring - and it tasted great! The campsite has a cute little area to sit with a handmade "stump" table, umbrella, chairs, and a nice firepit. The view of the fields surrounded by trees and a cute barn was picturesque. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to questions. They have a nice looking farm with, chickens, mini-horses, a pig, and a farm dog. Lots of places to hike just a short drive away. Just around the corner from the entrance to their property, there is literally a pipe coming out of the rock on the roadside, with water free-flowing out of it. There is a spot or two to pull over, and there was usually someone there with empty containers to fill up with ice cold Spring Water! We were going hiking one day and decided to stop there to fill up our Camelbaks. The water really was good... no sulfery taste to it. Very refreshing! We'd definitely visit again if we're in the area.

Weekend Trip to Camp Frogginton

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming! We had originally booked an RV site with power, but when we arrived, they let us know there was a power outage. They were so accommodating and quickly found us another spot on the property where we could hook up. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and spacious. One heads-up: definitely pack plenty of bug spray and tick repellent. The bugs were active, and our pups needed lots of tick checks! That said, we’d absolutely come back. Great experience overall!

We absolutely adore Camp Ebb N Flow- the peace, and quiet, the amazing hosts and their dogs, the big fire pit, and the good company of the other guests we have met. Then of course the beautiful grassy meadow, musical brook, and the absolutely fabulous new bathhouse! We enjoy the full hook up when available, but other W/E sites on the Brook are lovely.
