Learn more about this land: It sits upon a meadow with surrounding trees and a cow pasture in the distance. Spring time offers a small pond, but the Lewis river is in within walking distance and tons of recreational activities are close by (swimming, fishing, hiking, wineries, etc.). There are only two sites, far from each other. It is a rural property with a few residential homes and Airbnbs along the river, so be aware there are cars that drive through the one lane road. Town is close by for a quick trip. Privacy is better here than at a public campground and it's perfect for a close trip out of town for a day or two. *This winter was tough, lots of wind, so some trees fell, but they are all cleaned up and lots of small trees were planted. Can't wait until they grow!!! Dogs are most welcome, and may be off leash for a run in the field, however, please be mindful of my own dogs and chickens down below so please do not let them go beyond your site or the field when using. We plan on making the pond to be a swim pond that will hold water all year long (the creek that runs into it is seasonal so it dries out depending on how much rain we get). Please, read each site description carefully! Site 1 has a composting toilet for tent campers (please do not rate me based on this or any other things out of my control, I have tried my best to inform you about what to be aware of in this description AND each site's description). The toilet is santized, bags and gel are provided and it's private. You MUST pack out ALL waste; if you do not like any of these conditions please do not book this site. Site 2 is for RVs that already have a toilet so if you are a tent camper and want to book this site you will need to bring your own camp toilet. This is a beautiful property and I enjoy sharing it, please be mindful of the rules.

This site sits left of the pond and has a private outdoor toilet located nearby. It can accommodate up to two tents with a maximum of four people with room for two vehicles. Please park on the dam, not past it. It's okay if you are not going to arrive at check-in, please inform me of your ETA, especially if it will be dark so I can be prepared to direct you if needed. Please stay within your site (unless using the field for a quick dog run or taking a walk along the river road; dogs must be leashed) and be mindful of sectioned off areas (to protect growing plants and trees). PLEASE NOTE: the pond is fed by a seasonal creek. It dries out around June depending on how much rain there is.

This pull-through RV site is at the top of the hill of a wide open field for you to spread out. It has a private fire pit to enjoy. (It can accommodate up to three RVs, just make sure to add extra people at checkout. For example, if you will have another RV join you, add 2 additional people a night. If you have a third RV, add another 2 additional people to the site. This would amount to $20 a night for each RV.) Children are free. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NOT A TOILET FOR THIS SITE, so, if you only have a tent you MUST bring your own camp toilet to use and pack out. It's okay if you are not going to arrive at check-in, please inform me of your ETA, especially if it will be dark so I can be prepared to direct you if needed. Secluded campsite off the road and up the hill. Beautifully replanted after storm damage. Mind the saplings while maneuvering around the camping area. The drive to/from this area is also a treat.

This was a fantastic spot tucked away on the back acreage of a private home at the end of a quiet road. With only two campsites on the property, there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our German Shepherd, Trooper, loved having the room to run and play freely. We even had a few friendly visits from the neighbor’s cows on the other side of the fence—an unexpected treat! The location is also incredibly convenient. Just minutes from charming Battle Ground with its fun vintage shops, and only 20 minutes to Vancouver or 30 minutes to Portland. It’s the perfect mix of quiet countryside and suburban access. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet retreat with room to roam.

I loved the small pond, and so did my dogs! The large field was also very nice and freshly mowed. It is fairly close to the road / neighborhood houses, but still private enough for what we were looking for.
