Site 4 was rad. It offered a decent amount of privacy and the placement of trees was helpful for hanging both a hammock and also a tarp when it rained. Many of the other sites arenât tucked back into the woods quite like 4. Site 5 is also good but I donât think youâd have ability for tarp or hammock. Iâd recommend and stay at site 4 over all other sites. Walking to river is easy and thereâs a quiet/calm area to swim if you like. Proximity to Hoh Rainforest, Olympic NP Beaches, and Lake Crescent was awesome. Thanks Mitch!
Tin Willows Milk a Sheep Camp

I had a really nice time at the farm and Terry was an excellent host. While my stay was short, I still enjoyed wandering the premises and learning about life on a sheep farm. I would recommend this hipcamp to anyone and will hopefully return some day.

in Oak Mountain Hideaway, PennsylvaniaI had a lovely stay at Oak Mountain Hideaway. I wanted to break up a long distance road trip and was looking for a place to stay in the area. When I found Anna Marie and Edâs listing it was a no-brainer. I showed up at sunset and they greeted me upon arrival. The site was a short walk from parking. I really enjoyed having a nice fire underneath a clear sky full of stars. I slept soundly and safely and awoke to a lovely morning fog. I wish I didnât have to hit the road so early, otherwise I wouldâve explored the grounds and the surrounding area. Iâd happily stay here again.
