Our 2 and a half acre property is situated in a very rural quiet area. The Wickecheoke creek, a tributary of the Delaware, runs through the property. There is a private seating area for serene enjoyment and private meditation. Each camp site has a small private firepit and picnic table and the cabin has a large firepit, a patio area, and back deck. Plenty of wood is available - free again this season. There is a wooded site, an open site for self contained campers and tent campers, the "lil log cabin" and a large open grassy area, fun for children or dogs to recreate. How about camping in a Vintage Camper! We have on its own site a 1965 Trotwood, canned ham style camper. This cozy piece of the past is restored for nostalgic reflection. It has fine appointments, kitchenette, indoor private potty. She will sleep 4 comfortably. Pitch your tent along Irish Creek under a canopy of Maples at Mystic Hollow. Irish Creek stream is a tributary to the Schuylkill River. The land is mostly flat for walking to camping area. Fire rings are included. There is a port-a-potty close by. If you have your own portapotty, you must take the waste with you. We have no way to dispose of human waste. Absolutely no disposing of human waste on the property or in the trash. There will be a fine. At this time, I do not have fresh water, shower or electric. I have an extension cord for charging phones, etc... We are flexible with check-in and check-out times if we are not at full capacity. Just let us know ahead of time. We allow dogs. They must be on leashes unless they are friendly and play well with others. You must clean up your dog's poop! No exceptions! We are 5 minutes from the Schuylkill River. 10 minutes from Ontelaunee Lake. 15 minutes from Blue Marsh. 15 minutes from the Appalacian Trail. Trail heads nearby Port Clinton, Hamburg, Bernville, Bethel, Blue Rocks, Kempton... 20 minutes from Hawk Mountain. We are an hour from Jim Thorpe. There are several wineries in the area including Long Trout Winery where wine is cool and hippy chicks rule! My favorite! Lots of wildlife. Expect to hear owls, blue heron, cows, goats, chickens, hawks, eagles, dogs, racoons and coyotes. Racoons will steal food that is not put away or in coolers. Deer may walk past in the middle of the night. Hiking, kayaking, tubing, fishing, mountain biking, bike trails, etc... all nearby. Sadly there are no fish in Irish Creek worth catching. The Crayfish are! As with any land situated along a water source, there is always a possibility of flooding. We flood maybe once a year, once every other year. If that should happen, we will assist in hauling gear. There is higher ground for tents to be set up if need be. There will also be rooms available to rent in the near future. Campsites are a 10-minute walk from the farm where all are welcome to interact with the animals or take a try at milking a cow. Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's. Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows. There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites. Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive. We loved our stay! Anne was very welcoming and helpful. The property is in a rural farming community, yet only 20 minutes to Kennett Square or Longwood Gardens. It’s very relaxing and quiet. Anne has a mudroom on her house that we were able to use that has a bathroom and sink. While the spot is in a carriage house driveway (we were also offered an option a little further away in a field), you still have a good sense of privacy. Anne left eggs and some veggies on our doorstep the first day. The entire trip was great and we’d definitely return. Anne is a lovely host who goes out of her way to make sure you are happy.

My wife and I found this place to be a very peaceful place to stay with great views. It was a delight to observe the wildlife as well as the Amish road traffic. The host was kind enough to provide us with a mason jar so my wife could pick fresh flowers for our camping area.

This was a great find! We wanted to explore the nearby towns and introduce our son to RV camping and this spot was perfect. The site itself was easy to find, level, and clean! So close to town but we still got the stars and sounds that come with a good camping spot. We will likely be planning a return trip here in the future.

We love Anne’s farm. We’ve stayed there twice already and fear we look like stalkers. LOL. The second visit was just as peaceful and magical as the first. We love hearing the horses clip-clop, pulling Amish buggies on the surrounding country roads. Anne’s ponies, sheep, and chickens are all welcoming, as is her sweet dog. And as if that’s not enough, there’s a nice winery just up the hill. Thank you, Anne and Tom, for being such wonderful hosts!

Our stay at Hershey Lane Farm was terrific. Donald's spread of land is beautifully nestled in the New Jersey countryside. The rv site was very clean and well maintained with newly graveled parking and driveway. Donald was there to greet us when we arrived and was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, clean and friendly campground. Highly recommend to bring your family and enjoy the kid's park, pool, activities, etc I had a great time visiting solo and met a few nice campers as well.
