We had such a lovely stay at the farm! Even though we visited during the off-season while seeing family nearby, we had a wonderful time. Greg was an incredibly accommodating host, frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed for a successful trip. The greenhouse was a total highlight—it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy breakfast with fresh farm eggs and delicious well water. We highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area, and we’ll definitely be back when the weather warms up!

Early November Stay on the Farm

I l-l-l-loved everything about it! A beautiful ride. Arrived at the barn and was met be our charming host. A walk/ride past the farm animals to a seclude area up on a hill. The yurt was so cozy and inviting. Best cot ever. I will never sleep on an air mattress again! Great for one or two people. Plenty of spa e for additional tents if you need that. Big fire pit and LOTS of wood. Easy to cook on the fire pit but bonus propane grill and really convenient and stocked prep/kitchen area. Even soap and water dispenser setup for ease of cleanup. Delicious icy cold well water for drinking, too. We were also gifted some of their honey and eggs 🍀 Then there’s the farm! What a sweet experience. We got to feed the animals and collect the morning eggs. Walk to the Brandywine Nearby Creek for a beautiful walk along. I recommend! This is a special place!

Lovely experience

Such a lovely time! The camp site was put together very well. It had a kitchen, Living area and the tent. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. My daughter got to feed the animals, we were gifted fresh eggs we picked from the chicken coupe as well as fresh honey. We would for sure camp here again!

Restful and rejuvenating glamping

Excellent stay! Greg and Abbie were so welcoming and made sure I had everything and anything I could need (which was already there). Took my jeep up to the spot, the teepee style tent kept me dry in the rain, the cot was comfy, and having the couch was an added bonus. I appreciate not having to set up anything (my body wasn’t up for it). I loved feeding the goats and horse, petting the pony and pigs, seeing the chickens. Sunset was lovely. It was peaceful and just what I needed. Close to home, but far enough away. I will definitely be back!

Great time & great spot!

We had such a great time and plan on going back! The firewood was ready for us right next to the fire pit, and we loved the farm fresh eggs and honey. Plenty of room for our 2-room tent and rest of our set up, plus extra accommodations if you forget anything. Our 2 dogs loved it too!

Beautiful Farm!

Just had the most magical stay! The host was so friendly and helpful and the site and experience were exactly as advertised. My son and I got to feed all the animals (pigs, goats, horse, pony) and meet the sweetest kitten in the world. The site has everything you need for a cozy stay: clean water, a big fire pit, pans and a grill for cooking. And in the teepee there's a comfy couch for snuggling up before bed. Bring sleeping pads and prepare to snuggle up if you have more than 2 people! Site felt totally private and had a perfect view of the sunset. We had a delicious breakfast 10 minutes away at Two Birds Cafe and then spent the day at Longwood Gardens 15 minutes away. It was a 24-hour getaway that felt like pure heaven. We're definitely coming back.

This farm is stunning and peaceful ! The animals are lovely and my daughter was taught and invited to feed them and do chores for them, which she loved. The camping area was perfect - we were perfectly set up to cook and the bell tent (tipi) is super comfy. Greg was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help me with things I forgot. My daughter was actually tearful when leaving. We can't wait to come back. Oh and the sunsets are epic!

Perfect night away

Had a great stay! Loved the tent and other amenities the site had. Greg was very accommodating but we also felt like we had a lot of privacy. All the cute farm animals were a plus. We’ll be back!

Everything was ready on arrival

The ease of pulling into camp and not having to set up a tent. Listening to the rain patter all night while staying dry and comfortable inside. Tools and equip avail at campsite. Spacious, surrounded by trees and neighboring paddock. Listened to the animals and slept after hearing the fireworks show finish over at Longwood Gardens Woke to roosters, goats, horses, cows, and general farmland sounds of Chester County. Bring your bedding, good energy, and take advantage of getting to camp on someone’s farm that has you set up on arrival. Host very accommodating, supportive, communicative, and available

The hosts were very responsive to communication and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I stayed at a time when they had a few more roosters than normal so there was definitely some noise from them early in the morning, but the hosts tried their best to manage the sound. Next time I'm interested in checking out their other site which is a bit more secluded. The hosts checked in with me and also offered some of their farm products to me like fresh eggs and honey! It was easy to get there, easy to drive onto the property & put up my tent, and they had lots of firewood to start a fire in the pit. I'd also look forward to being able to spend more time in the greenhouse, because this time around they were working on power washing it and it wasn't as available to hang out in. All in all, it was a great stay in a new place with kind hosts.

Wonderful camping experience

Our Stay was wonderful. Gregory the owner of Bozzi Farm was our main point of contact once we booked the space. He was very hospitable and showed us around the property and let us meet the farm animals. The site itself was perfectly secluded with a great fire pit and bell tent that fits 2 cots. We were gifted eggs and produce from the farm as well as some scrapple and sausage which were all amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Camping on a farm.

The farm is a great spot for family camping. It was our son’s first camping trip. Being on a farm with animals made it extra special and Abby helped in making it extra special for our family. In the morning our kids were asking where Abby was so they could go see the animals. Would definitely camp here again.

Loved our stay!

We had such a pleasant experience. The host was very kind and understanding. We ran into car trouble and ended up arriving later than expected. But she was very accommodating and went as far as leaving us a fresh baked sour dough bread, fresh tomates and farm eggs. The tent was nearly set up, clean and the properly to green and beautiful. Would recommend to any families or to anyone just wanting to disconnect from the chaos. It was very peaceful.

Very nice site in the woods. There was a grill and a fire pit with plenty of wood. There was also a Teepee that was really cool inside. It made a nice chill spot for us. You could even sleep in it but we slept in our van. It was fun to walk around the farm and check out the farm animals, horses, goats, pigs, roosters. I highly recommend this site.

An Amazing Experience

My cousins and I had such an amazing time at this camp site! It was the first time we'd all ever gone camping and so we weren't sure what to expect, but we felt so safe and we were welcomed with amazing hospitality! We were given recommendations for the area, given some materials we were missing for cooking, and were treated so kindly! Greg and Brett even gifted us the most amazing apple cider donuts and fresh eggs from their hens! It was an absolutely memorable experience and I will definitely be camping at their site in the future!

Great, peaceful stay!

The site was secluded and spacious. Really convenient too as it had a bench as well as a fire pit which made it easy to cook and eat. Walking distance to the creek which was great for a walk. The host was super nice and helpful. We got a recommendation to go to the farmers market and the apple cider donuts were amazing. Would highly recommend and would love to go again!

We had a great time at Gregory’s site! He was very responsive and proactive, providing dry straw and wood on a humid day, and offering to dispose of our garbage. The site is beautiful and well prepared. It is very close to the farm and a horseback riding ring, so if you like some interaction this is a good place. Overall, we had an excellent experience!

Great city bikepacking escape

Greg and Brett were super accommodating of us! We biked from Philly for a single night out to their property. It's a perfect bikepacking trip from the city. The property is quiet and peaceful, and a welcome escape from the city. We'll be coming back often!

Top of the world!

Lovely site, wonderful hosts! Both the manager and the owner made sure we had everything we needed, and that my guest arrived safely. The property was perfect, and proximate to Philly, and other attractions. The sunrise was beautiful. The site was level and quiet, and the hosts were awesome.

Father Son Getaway

What a fantastic place! My 4 year old son and I stayed here one night, and had the absolute best time. The Brandywine is very close and great to splash in, there are many animals to play with, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable (they even found a huge jar for my son to catch fireflies). Could be a great place for several families to get away. Hope to visit again soon!

My husband, son, dog and I had a wonderful time staying at Greg’s land. He was very accommodating and the grounds were well kept. We spent the afternoon at Shaw Bridge Park walking and swimming in the creek (bring a tube of floating device for extra relaxation!).
